Take off to this private, quiet and well kept piece of Paradise.

Malibu Beach is a secluded yet very accessible apartment complex on the most beautiful beach in Loiza. It has 24 hour security and gated access to the complex and the beach. The complex features a lap pool, a large play pool and a kid’s pool and kid’s playground.

Very comfortable, spacious and fully equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms are Air Conditioned and feature ceiling fans in Master bedroom and Living room. Master bedroom with Queen Bed, 27" LCD TV, closet and private bathroom; and two Guest bedrooms with two single bunk beds in each. All mattresses are orthopedic and very clean. Sheets, bathing towels and beach towels and beach chairs will be provided for up to 6 guests. Maid service is NOT offered but a washer and dryer is provided.

Airy balcony with four Adirondack chairs, Hammock and BBQ Grill, a 37' Flat Screen in the living room, Blue Ray Player and Music System and High Speed WiFi.

You're greeted to an airy and spacious garden apartment with no stairs, balcony access to a beautiful beach and pool and well kept gardens and facilities. Its perfect location allows easy access to San Juan and to all East coast attractions.

The beach in front of our property is among the best bathing beaches in the Northeast of Puerto Rico. While public in nature, the location allows ample privacy to residents and guests because the apartment complex has close to 1,000 feet of beach front.

One of Loíza's barrios, Loíza aldea, is famous across Puerto Rico because it has been a talent pool for dancers and artisans. Loíza is known as 'La Capital de la Tradicion'- 'The Capital of Traditions'- for its 'bomba' music, traditional Taíno and African dishes, artisans, and distinct culture. Each year there is a celebration in Loíza where people parade around wearing Máscaras de Vejigante. Máscaras de Vejigante are a type of mask made in Loíza. They are made of coconut, and painted in multiple colors. Loíza is known as 'La Capital de la Tradicion'- 'The Capital of traditions'- for its 'bomba' music, traditional Taíno and African dishes, artisans, and distinct culture.

What makes this apartment unique

As you walk inside the apartment you are intuitively drawn to cross the dining and living area and open the sliding doors that give access the beautiful common landscape that showcase two adult Flamboyant trees, well kept grass and gardens. The 2 parking spaces are a true convenience; one has immediate access to the apartment and the other is just across the driveway facing the apartment.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well maintained; and we place much effort in keeping it in such condition as it is our summer retreat.

I was blown away when I first walked into Hector's beautiful beach condo. It has very nice furnishings-maybe a little too nice for a family with 2 active toddlers. The kitchen was well equipped for making and serving meals. The patio had a nice gas barbecue and a comfortable hammock as well as a table and chairs for relaxing outside in the nice breeze off the ocean which can be seen across a large grassy area that was great for the kids to run around on. At the far end of the grassy area are the beach, 3 pools including a kiddy pool, and jungle gym/ slide area. We couldn't have asked for more. Walmart, Walgreens, fast food and outlet stores are just a 15 minute drive away. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the wifi, cable tv and air conditioners in the bedrooms all worked perfectly. I strongly suggest reading Hector's check out instructions thoroughly before getting too comfortable. They are quite extensive but that is probably how he keeps the place so nice. They call for putting everything back in its original location including kitchen utensils etc. I wish I would have paid better attention because I couldn't remember where everything went. My bad. Lol

We really enjoyed staying at Malibu luxury apartments and would definitely stay again and would recommend to others From the very start Hector communicated every detail and answered every question we had promptly prior to arriving. He met us and went over everything at the property to make sure we were comfortable and gave us some great recommendations for dinner. The property was perfect for relaxing at either the [pool or beach and due to location was easy to get into San Juan or out Fajuardo. The property was everything we were looking for and it did not dissappoint. Thank you Hector for helping make our trip so enjoyable.

The best vacation ever

my family of six stayed 12 days and had a fabulous time. We had easy access to the pool and the beach all day. The beach is always clean and the water crystal clear. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It is a great location with lots of privacy. We located a new restaurant called the Herera fishermen Reataurant that promoted the culture of indigenous Puerto Rico and Loiza. I recommend it to all my closest friends.

Best stay ever!

We had the best stay ever at this rental. The owner, Hector, was very personable and reliable to contact us prior to arriving and during our stay as needed. The rental was plenty of space for my family of five (three kids). The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare all of our home-cooked meals. The rental had access to three idyllic pools and of course, the oceanfront which was miles of a quiet, clean beach with 80 degree water. The rental is also very safe for many reasons, one of them being that it is in a gated community. The rental was also conveniently located 30 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest, 45 minutes from Old San Juan, and a stone's throw from picturesque towns that we visited often. Great place, great owner, and an amazing island!

Beautiful and well kept apartment

We really liked the place.. The apartment is very well kept, clean, fully stocked (knives were excellent!). The complex itself was not crowded at all. Pool and beach were empty most of the time.

Hector was absolutely helpful and responsive.

Wonderful Stay!

We came down as a large group and rented three condos in this complex. We had a great time. The condo's are about a 20 minute drive from San Juan, and 15 minutes or so to Walmart, so you definitely need a car.

There are some great little convenience stores and roadside fruit markets right outside of the complex, so you don't need to run to Walmart very often.

The kitchen was equipped with all the basics and the house had everything we needed for a great trip. We had a great BBQ on the patio.

The water level at the beach right outside the complex gate is pretty high, so there's not much sand, but if you walk down 50 or so yards, there's more beach to play on. The pool is beautiful and we had it mostly to ourselves, especially during the week.

The security guards were always pleasant and helpful and we felt 100% safe at all times.

We'll definitely be back and would rent this condo again without hesitation!

(A note on rental cars- use a well known US based brand - Avis, Hertz, Budget, etc. Second rate ones like Ace, Fox and the other little ones subcontract with local rental agencies who will try to screw you out of additional "insurance." We rented three cars from the big guys - cheap and all we did was tell them the name of our full coverage provider back home and we were on our way. The fourth person who rented a car went through Ace who subcontracts with Charlie's Car Rental and they would not accept even his insurance card- they wanted a copy of his actual policy or $20 per day! - that's more than the rental cost!)

Regarding the beach, some years during September and October we experience high tides that wash some of the sand away from the section on the beach right in front of the beach gate. The good thing is that the shore is so wide that you'll find a nice spot lounging spot several yards away near the gate. You took very good care of our property and we're thankful for it so you're welcome anytime. Thanks.

Great Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Hector, (the owner) provided great service and really helped us to get to know the area by directing us to a great restaurant and some nice activities. We really enjoyed El Yunca. We spent a lot of time at the pools at the condo and really enjoyed them. Hector's unit is maintained in new condition, which made it very pleasant for our family. I highly reccomend Hector's place.
