Overlooking Oglethorpe Square, the modern one room studio comfortably accommodates two guests. The studio is located in The Graham Building. Built in 1924 by Mrs. Graham, the building originally served as housing for women immigrating to the US from England. The Graham Building has unique historic character while providing modern amenities.

This modern unit has been tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable. The efficiency kitchen features beautiful cherry-stained cabinetry, hard surface counter top, tiled back splash, and stainless steel appliances. Upgraded hard wood floors compliment the classic wrought iron bed frame. The bathroom has a tiled shower stall and a pedestal sink. The comfortable queen bed, writing desk, leather chair with reading lamp, and flat screen TV provide you all the comforts of home. French doors open to the balcony for a breath-taking view of Oglethorpe Square. The covered balcony table and chairs provide the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee.

Located beside the infamous Owens-Thomas House on the corner of Abercorn and State Streets, you will be a very short walk from restaurants, shopping, spas, museums, theaters, churches, City Market, as well as River Street. Take the River Street Ferry across the River to Hutchinson Island where you will find pristine golf.

Want to return ASAP; Owner Thought of Everything!

What a find! The owner Jason's description & pictures are very accurate. It's beautiful as it's pictured here. The layout and amenities are just as he's presented them. It's spotlessly clean and well maintained. We couldn't have asked him to be more helpful before or during our stay from 10/6 thru 10/9. My husband and I would surely recommend this property to a friend or relative and are trying to arrange a return visit ourselves! A week prior to our stay, Jason emailed detailed check-in information as well as grocery information (he recommended Parker's Market which was very walkable and had all we needed.) He suggested where to eat from brunch to late night eats as well as tours. His list of ideas really helped save us time while deciding where to eat and what to do. In addition, at 11 pm on Friday night of our stay, we accidentally locked ourselves out of his condo. We envisioned sleeping on a park bench, etc. I emailed Jason with little hope for a response. My husband and I were in shock when he replied within a few minutes & was there in 10!

Jason's cheery condo is reasonably priced for all the top-of-the-line amenities he's provided. The covered balcony is wonderful because it increases the living space while being able to watch horses, carriages, etc. even during a rainy mist. We slept well on the comfy mattress, which we were grateful for with all the walking we enjoyed. The large shower head has great pressure. We rented a car at the airport, but we never needed to move it out of the parking garage which is located right next door. As others have reviewed, the apartment is so close to everything while still being on very quiet Oglethorpe Square.

Thanks to Jason's suggestions, we enjoyed blueberry crunch flapjacks for brunch at J. Christopher's, a few minutes' walk away. My husband's favorite pancakes ever! We loved the dinner special prepared in a parmesan cheese wheel just down E State Street at Bella Napoli. Planter's punch, a huge shrimp cocktail, and BLT salad with green fried tomatoes were great for dinner too at the historic Olde Pink House, also minutes away. We had a relaxing, informative riverboat cruise on the Georgia Queen. We enjoyed fresh, warm samples of pralines at River Street Sweets and many samples at The Peanut Shop, which make great souvenirs. With all the walking, I even lost 2#! Jason's condo was as just as lovely as where we spent our honeymoon 39 years ago! Thanks from two grateful Buckeyes, Jason!

Perfect Historic District Savannah Condo

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Jason’s condo in the historic district of Savannah. The condo was the perfect size for us and had all of the amenities we needed. It was clean and updated and neat and beautiful! It overlooks Oglethorpe square which made it even better (We also loved the fall decor). This condo is easy to get to from the airport and only took about a 20 minute Uber ride. We could walk or bike to everything. No need to rent a car at all. You do have to walk up 3 sets of easy stairs for anyone who might have a disability. We loved and adored the place and will absolutely stay there again.

Great spot!

Came into town for a work event, and this spot was LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Totally clean and cheery on the inside, and super comfortable. I would 110% stay here again.

Perfect spot in historic savannah

This was exactly what we were looking for: beautifully decorated and appointed. TrueType everything we needed was available and working. Great little balcony looking out on the square made for a nice place to recoup with some wine after a day of exploration. Perfect location making everything in the historic district an easy walk. The host's local recommendations were appreciated as well. Parking was very convenient. Looking forward to a return trip.

Beautiful studio apartment close to everything!

This studio is perfect for a long weekend in Savannah! It's clean, affordable, the bed is comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to everything. The best part is being able to sit on the balcony and look out into the square! My fiance and I stayed here for St. Patrick's Day weekend and could see the parade from the balcony or go just downstairs for an even better view. Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
