The kitchen and full sitting bar are outfitted with all the necessities - side-by-side refrigerator, cooking appliances, spice collection, dishware, flatware, mixers and blenders and a full array of cookware. Martinis on the patio? No problem! Watch the game while relaxing in the Spool? No problem! Coffee in the morning on the second front patio? No problem!

This is centrally located right in the heart of Scottsdale and has a private 2-car garage. The casinos are 10 minutes away and Old Town Scottsdale is less than 5 minutes away.

Great home in a fantastic location!

We have been to baseball spring training every year since 1993, and this was by far the nicest home we have rented. It is clean, well appointed, and close to downtown Scottsdale (2 miles and an easy walk). There are two bikes available for use and a biking/running trail, the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, that traverses very close to the complex. The spool is a great feature and the barbecue which are in an enclosed and private area. The manager of the property, Sandy, is amazing, very helpful, knowledgable and invested in making our stay comfortable. We will definitely return!

A gem in Scottsdale!

What a great place! Absolutely perfect location in Scottsdale. The home was very well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having a pool to ourselves and an outdoor area to privately enjoy the awesome AZ weather this time of year. I would definitely return to this home and recommend to others!
