Clean, comfortable & centrally located!

Our family loved staying at Phil's house. The house is 5 blocks away from Atlantic Ave with tons of restaurants and shops. Everything about the house was perfect. Newly renovated, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. A common area and fabulous kichen.

We emailed Phil a couple times with questions and he answered right away.

My family and I come to Delray Beach every year and I would stay at this property again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful spring break in Delray

Our family of five really enjoyed this property. The house was very well maintained and all four of the bedrooms were very large.

While the property was slightly further from the beach than our previous rentals, the10 minute walk through the marina district was very enjoyable. The only thing that could have been improved was the grill. As gas grill would be much more convenient to use than a charcoal grill.

We would certainly consider this property for future visits.

Great location and affordable accommodation

My family (wife and two young children), and four friends stayed here for a wedding that was taking place in the area.

It was ideally located for everything you need on Atlantic Avenue, and was approximately a 20 minute walk to the beach (there is a free trolley you can use which is great). Phillip the owner is really accommodating and was more than happy to have flexibility on our check-in time. He maintained excellent communication throughout.

The accommodation is really homely, and that's what we liked about it - you felt you were staying in somebody's home and not just a soulless holiday let.

In an area that is very expensive to stay, this is really affordable and Philip was also really accommodating in allowing us to rent for four nights (we didn't need any longer). With young children we didn't want a pool so this was just right.

The only negative for us was sadly we had roadworks taking place right outside the property when we were staying, however there is nothing the owner could do about this!! Luckily, the aircon unit is excellent so no need to open windows!!

Cardinals Spring Training Trip to Florida

The house was very clean with many modern amenities. Its just a few blocks away from Atlantic, with many stores and restaurants. Maybe a dozen or so blocks from the ocean. There were bikes and chairs in the shed for our use. The house had a great layout for me and my 3 friends that joined me. It was very clean, including the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen had cooking utensils and a BBQ out back. Plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen to socialize indoors. There's also a screened in porch in the back yard which was nice for relaxing in the evenings without having to deal with bugs. A nice large HD TV to enjoy, although we didn't watch too much TV. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area.

Home away from Home!

I stayed in Phil's home for 6 glorious weeks from Feb 1 to March 15. It was the longest and best vacation that I have ever had. Being able to bring my two little dogs was key for me. I always hated going on vacation because I hated to leave my dogs. The house itself was very clean upon arrival. I loved the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 4 good size bedrooms. One bedroom I used as an office which was excellent so I didn't have computers and printers all over the dining room table. The fenced in property for the dogs and for my own privacy was also very key for me. My husband and other guests would fly down and and the trip to the airport was quick and easy. The location of the house is walking distance to Atlantic Ave - where all the action is but far enough away to be quiet. I walked to the beach all the time and also would walk back to Linton - where I joined a gym and got my nails done, dry cleaning etc. The location was just perfect for everything. Then when my 80 year old in laws came to visit we took advantage of the Downtowner which is a free service to bring you anywhere you want in a large golf cart. All you do is tip the driver. Phil - the owner was always available to talk to and he even gave dinner recommendations! Jonas the property manager was also available if needed. The beds -were so comfortable. The master bed is more comfortable than mine at home! I know this will sound funny for a vacation review but I absolutely loved the washer and dryer. It was fast and quiet and cleaned so well. I am definitely getting the same ones at home when its time! I have already reserved this home for 6 weeks again next year - so that really says it all! Thank you Phil and family for sharing your home with us. I felt like I was borrowing a friends home for 6 weeks!
