Our Reservation Fee provides for private hot tub access and maintenance (only select units feature private hot tubs), extended hours office and maintenance support (until 9 PM) during your stay, 24 hour emergency support, in unit support (TV, Internet, etc.) and standard cleaning fees. One of the many benefits of staying with a property management company is the knowledge that you will have someone to assist you when needed. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Pricing is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate an accurate quote, and make sure you are properly accommodated. We liked the layout and cleanliness of the unit. The back porch juts up against one of the golf greens and a very nice natural environment. However, the televisions did not work the whole time. Called the management office and the response was that there was an overall outage affecting multiple homes. However we could clearly see that our neighbors TV was working. Should have been a more serious response to our issue.
The description of the location, layout and amenities were just as presented in the original listing. The property was VERY clean and well-maintained. The management company, in charge, was available each time that I called (once to verify reservation and then a second time to alert them of our departure). We were all first time visitors to Moab and the property accommodated our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the linens were also up to par. The property is located just before you arrive into the downtown area and we were grateful for the quiet retreat. A gas station is located just down the street and so is a restaurant just in case you're not in the mood to tackle downtown Moab for groceries or a meal. The only thing we didn't have all weekend long were napkins or paper towels. Therefore, the only thing I would recommend is that management provide paper towel/napkin back ups...

This was the perfect condo for my family and I on our recent weekend in Moab. Not only was it a great condo with pretty and classy furnishings, a well-stocked kitchen, and ample room, it had a gorgeous golf course view that was rimmed with red rock. Just beautiful. We loved the pool too - even though we might have been the only ones crazy enough to brave it since it was only 50 degrees on Sunday morning, but we loved it. Highly recommend this great condo that was easy to book and provided us a wonderful and memorable weekend. We'll be back!
