About the property

Beautiful Secluded Condo On The Beach Only 5 Min From Downtown Christiansted.

Unit 308 has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths: two master suites, one on each floor and a standard bedroom on the first floor. Master suites have king size beds with en suite bathrooms. The standard bedroom has twin beds and DVR and games for children. There are ocean views from the first floor and second floor galleries. The unit is fully furnished with new appliances, cable TV, and DVR. The grounds at Mill Harbour are lovely and well-kept, and contain tennis courts, a salt water swimming pool, basketball court and private beach. There is also a restaurant and bar called Teddy's on the premises that serves delicious food seven days a week. Mill Harbour is only a 5 minute drive from downtown Christiansted, where you will enjoy a small town with great shopping, restaurants, and historical Dutch architecture built around a beautiful harbor full of sailboats. There are supermarkets, banks, restaurants and other shops within a 10 to 15 minute walk from the unit. Also, there is a 2010 Toyota Yaris available for rental with the unit. The car is small, economical and carries 4 adults. This will allow you to check out the entire 28 by 7 mile island of St Croix. After several years of going to St Croix to participate in the Ironman Triathlon, I fell in love with the island and decided to buy a condo there so I could spend more time on the island after retirement.

While visiting St Croix, I enjoyed Mill Harbour, with amenities and proximity to Christiansted. It is a quiet complex with a good restaurant and bar on the property. The condos and the grounds are well cared for, safe, and have an excellent on-site manager.

Mill Harbour is situated on 6 beautifully landscaped acres, just steps away from the clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. It offers access to white sand beaches that slope right to the Caribbean Ssea and reefs that are fantastic for snorkeling. We have a relaxing salt water pool, tennis courts, half basketball court and a shuffleboard court. There are two picnic/grill areas to enjoy dining in the Caribbean air.

There are many things to do nearby, including several restaurants within a 5 minute drive and many fast food places. First Bank, with a drive-thru ATM, and a supermarket are both approximately 1/2 mile away. Teddy's is located on Mill Harbour property and nearby hotels offer additional dining and entertainment, some only a walk down the beach. Downtown Christainsted, about 2 miles away, offers a variety of restaurants and entertainment every night with a short drive or taxi ride.

Mill Harbour is not only conveniently located 20 minutes from the international airport, it is a short drive to the harbor in Christiansted for a quick seaplane or ferry trip to St. Thomas. A short 25 minutes drive west brings you through the rainforest and out to Frederiksted for more activities and sunsets. A drive 30 minutes east will bring you to the Virgin Islands' only casino, Divi Carina Resort and Casino.

Great place was as advertised.

Steve was a conscientious owner, and even let us use his car for short trips. Just an issue with the overhead fan in the Loft bedroom, which he was unaware of from last renter. Would definitely stay there again if given the chance.

Beautiful

#308 was a great condo! It had everything we needed. The location is great. The grounds are very clean and well kept. We did not swim there due to rocks and seagrass/weed, but the pool was very nice. There is so much to do and there are so many amazing beaches on St. Croix that we weren't at the condo during the day to swim anyway. I highly recommend Steve's condo at Mill Harbour.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind words Carla! As an ex-triathlete, I enjoy swimming at Sugar Beach next to Mill Harbour. The sea grass just continues for about 50 -100 feet and then it gets deeper, about 6 to 10 feet, and is a sandy bottom. The coral reef about a half mile offshore protects the inner water and it is nice to either snorkel or swim. Just outside the reef is excellent scuba diving too!

Location was great

Location was great,!!! on the water, and 30 minute walk into town. Easy to get into condo area. Security was good and tight. Front desk lady was very good on help with local information.

the condo itself could use a fresh coat of paint, and a refresh look . It has a nifty layout. Ceiling fan was inoperable upstairs. Wifi was not available .

THE BEST PLACE IN SAINT CROIX

This is the 2nd time that I have stayed here and I have already booked for a 3rd time. I owe it to Steve to write a review on his condo but my hope is that I will still be able to rent it before its filled up with guests. Steve obviously has lots of rentals since he is the best thing going in St. Croix. His 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is way too big for my needs but his prices (we’re including a car here) can’t be beat. The condo is immaculately clean (Thanks Donna) and very well stocked. He even has snorkel and golf and tennis gear. Snorkeling and tennis is right here on the beautiful grounds. Lots of stuff for the little ones in the condo as well. His is also one of the few condos that has a nice view of the ocean from the galleys. My favorite thing about this condo is that it is so comfortable. Not high end but a fantastic place to sit back and chill. The neighbors and the people at the on site restaurant are, by far, some of the nicest people I have ever met. Seini is my soul mate and Victoria gives a mean massage and both of them are tons of fun. The food at the restaurant is amazing. Snorkeling at the tire reef right out front is also amazing and although I do check out other parts of the island there really is no need to go anywhere else. Christiansted is less than 10 minutes away and is so full of culture and history you won’t want to miss it. I spent five weeks here this year and in all that time I never heard one harsh word said from one person to another. St. Croix is definitely an island of acceptance and good will and Steve’s condo is an excellent condo in an excellent location owned by an excellent person. Thanks for everything Steve!
