Worse experience I ever had!
Greetings Mr Lopez,
Regarding your upcoming Evolve Vacation stay, the following provide instructions on accessing the private driveway/parking, entrance instructions and loft information. Please let me know if you have any questions.
The loft is located on the rear of the structure, accessible through the private driveway (see the attachments that show the directions to parking) where you can find the 1058 on the deck post above the carport. I have attached parking instructions as well as a general apartment guide. Check-in any time after 2pm; check-out is at 12 pm.
The apartment key will be stowed in the combination lock pad that will be hanging off of the iron gate at the entrance for the car port. The combination to open the lock is 0113, press the little black lever to the left of the numbers to open the lock pad and retrieve the key.
Well... you guessed right. That was the last email I got from the property owner prior my trip to Atlanta, turns out when I arrived at the location around 12:30 am Friday already, instead of 2:00 pm Thursday the combination lock which she talks about didn't seemed to work, so I called her and about 15 minutes latter she came down and said " sorry, the lock has not been programed" Really??? You think it's over!! This is just the beginning, upon entering the apt my girlfriend and I noticed that the place was disorganized and dirty, definitely not expecting a paying guess.
I asked what is going on? since I am used to great experiences with homeaway, so the owner stated her apologies and said her housekeeper had left her that morning. I was like are you making fun of me or what, even if that was the case she had from 2:00 pm to 12:30 am to fix that problem, she was running to make the bed and touch up here and there, but it was a little late. We were offered to stay the night and a full refund, at least that!
However, we were planning to hang out in atlanta Friday night. Sadly our plans got destroyed, instead of enjoying some nightlife we had to search for a hotel at that time thanks to an irresponsible and absolutely disrespectful landlor.
My advice to you future travelers is to stay away from this particular place in case you want to be treated as person, and to have peace of mind regarding your staying in Atlanta.
The loft was great & the owner was really nice. Super close to downtown. Would stay again.
The loft was very nice and as pictured. It is located directly across from Washington Park which was a great place to walk the dog. The areas close to the loft, however, were very run down.
I sincerely felt like I was at home. The art work, the neighbourhood the owner and everything else in between made this a beautiful experience. We even needed to stay another day and she was amazingly flexible. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!!
We stayed at this loft in Atlanta for July 4th weekend and it was such a wonderful place. I loved it. The owner was very nice and welcoming. The loft looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean and impressive. There was plenty of room for us and our dogs. We visit Atlanta frequently and I will definitely use them again. The location was prime for just about anything you want to do in the city.
The accommodations were good for my purposes. Easy access to MARTA for transportation to the GWCC and other downtown attractions. Would have preferred the ability to cook my own meals, this was the only downside. Owner was very friendly and accessible. Would stay here again for business or pleasure.
