This property is where I want to retire. It's been a life long dream for me to have a place on the beach where I can enjoy wonderful energy, fresh air, and the magic of nature, and I want others to be able to enjoy this place as well.
Too many places on/near the beach are empty with 'investors' or owners who never understand the amazing gem they have - AND can share with others!
I wanted something incredibly convenient since we love walking, meeting people, shooting pool, drinking beer and devouring the tasty burgers at Hinano (the 'locals' bar, a short walk away).
Yes, there are plenty of other choices, but what makes this place extra unique is that I know the area very well, and can give you ideas, suggestions, help make reservations, and have the fridge and cupboard stocked with goodies before you get here.
I want you to spend time 'hanging out' having fun, so I am always be available to help you figure out how to turn on the TV, or tell you the best local sushi bars (Hama) or how to navigate your way around this massive metropolitan area (if you want to do a fun drive up the coast to Malibu for celebrity sight-seeing, see the stars on Hollywood Blvd, check out the old Farmer's Market and Grove outdoor shopping mall, try a famous Pink's Hot Dog, visit the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory, or spend the day at the Getty Museum.

No one lives in the condo above the unit, and the owners in the next building are also rarely there. It's seriously like having your own private beach and building. I love it ... and hope you will too!

First of all, Baron has done MANY updates to the exquisite beachfront property! We had so many in-house amenities - stocked kitchen with every utensil and spice you would ever need to cook a fabulous meal. The beds, towels and sheets were sooooo comfortable. Then, add in the view and sounds of the ocean, and you have ONE DREAM VACATION!!! This property is located just below the hustle and bustle of the Venice Beach Boardwalk, but is still walking distance to anything you need. Uber rides always pick you up within 6-8 minutes, and Costco was only a short drive up Washington Street. This property is obviously well maintained and cared for - more like you have your own apartment than a rental. Bruno was always available to answer questions when I needed - and was very understanding when I took the keys back to Virginia with me - oops! I would recommend this property to any family or couple who want to relax, but also be close to the action of Venice. Until next year......
We had a wonderful two-generation family get-away at Baron's ideal condo. The setting right on the beach enabled convenience, beautiful scenery, sounds of waves, and a continual ocean breeze. The condo was packed with multiple sources of enjoyment including 3 TVs, sonos sound system, bikes, and laundry appliances. We very much appreciated the location in terms of a very uncrowded beach while being just a short walk to restaurants, Starbucks, etc. We especially enjoyed the Venice Farmer's Market that occurs on Friday mornings and is just a short drive away. The highlight was Baron's thoughtful and thorough communication, flexibility in meeting our needs, generosity, and hospitality. We felt as if we were renting from a friend rather than a stranger. Our overall view is that we found a perfect place for rejuvenation, and we trust the same will happen for you, if you make a similar choice.
Our family stayed for just a couple days, but they were a couple of the best days of our vacation to CA. The condo is well-equipped with beach toys for kids and adults, kitchen outfitted nicely, etc. The location is key; far enough out of the Venice Beach funk, but close enough to walk to coffee/Venice pier. Great for morning beach runs and beach volleyball literally 1 minute from the front door. The rooms were a little warm, but the fans worked out fine. Could use a little updating, but overall it was perfect for our purpose. The owner, Baron, was very communicative and willing to help as needed. We'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!
We were spoiled with an amazing view of the ocean! The property is quiet, and doesn't get a lot of foot traffic. The condo itself was very comfortable-- comfy beds, lots of towels, and a full stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the beach bikes, and rode them daily. There were also tons of beach gear to make our days enjoyable. We had an amazing long weekend!
Fabulous getaway in an incredible location. This condo is located just minutes from Venice Beach. So much to do, yet secluded enough to really enjoy the ocean.
We are a family of four, and the property fit our needs in great style. The kitchen is stocked to the hilt, bedding and linens are of high quality, and the endless amenities (kitchen, watersports, bikes, etc.) were appreciated by all. Another benefit to this property is the excellent parking accommodations. Last but not least, Baron is a fabulous host. He was attentive to our needs, kind, and incredibly thoughtful in his preparations for our arrival.
