This home has been a proven home base for corporate travelers visiting San Jose and is steps away from San Jose Municipal Golf Course. Minutes from the airport, but not in the flight-path. It's a short walk to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and playground. Access is included for our guests.
The master bedroom, with a queen bed, has a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, while the 3rd bedroom has another queen bed.
Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances, dual sink, and granite counter-tops. You can have dinner in the dining room or enjoy the wonderful California weather and eat outside on the patio.
You have the convenience of having a front loading, high capacity washer and dryer in the home as well as a private one-car garage with extra parking in the parking lot. This home has central heating, and ceiling fan for cooling.
Close to PayPal, Cisco, Oracle, Yahoo, San Jose State University, and North First Street with easy access to Highway I680, I880, and US101 and San Jose International Airport.

You are renting a fully equipped Executive home. Bed linens, towels, cookware, utensils, etc. are all included. Home includes laundry washer & dryer, and full sized garage. High-speed wifi, cable HDTV are also provided.
* Renter must be age 25 or older. No one under the age of 25 is permitted to be at the property without a 25-or-older guest also present. Renter may be required to sign a separate rental agreement with the property manager upon booking.
* No pets. No smoking. Full Renter's Guide provided upon booking. Some common sense rules include but are not limited to 1) no raging parties 2) Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol and taking out their own trash 3) Garage openers, passes, pool keys etc. (if applicable) must stay at the property (fees for removal apply).
* Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking via HomeAway are allowed to stay at the property.

The place was everything I expected , nice super clean , we enjoyed are stay , we appreciate it
The pre-rental details were great. The unit was just as presented in the photos. Beautiful condo for a family or business trip. The two parking spaces (one in a garage and one in the lot) were perfect and made coming and going easy. Only issue was initially finding the unit within the complex since the unit number didn't face the parking lot. We look forward to returning to this home.
This was a last minute trip and we were lucky to find this rental. The location is close to major freeways, restaurants, and most importantly, a park for my toddler. I traveled with my wife and daughter, brother, and sister and this place was spacious so we did not feel crowded. The bedrooms were nice but wished there were brighter lights in the main bedroom. The patio was great to enjoy our morning coffee. The park was within short walking distance and had a surrounding trail that was approximately .5 miles - great for jogging! This place was great for our family and very convenient. We would definitely come back and stay there if it is available.
Robert was extremely efficient with getting us checked in over the phone and online payment. The property is in a great location for whatever you may be looking for in San Jose. It was very convenient to have a coded lock rather than keys. Furnishings were very nice and the property was clean. I will definitely recommend this property to colleagues.
The listing description is very accurate, the house is well-maintained! The neighborhood is safe and nice. The best part is the location, it's 5 minutes away from Costco and Ranch 99 and many restaurants.
