So convenient!

  • 4 of 5

Lovely home. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed, as well as being very close to everything you'd need on a short or long visit. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hope to be back on a couple of years.

Relaxing, comfortable and quaint!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first trip to Savannah. We are so glad we found this wonderful brownstone. After a long day of site seeing, we looked forward to the wonderful private patio.

Janet is very knowledgeable on what to do in Savannah. I can't wait to come again.

Great Place to Stay in Savannah

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here with 2 kids (10 and 14 y.o.) during 2016 Spring break week when azaleas were in full bloom.

Brownstone on Jones is a great location for Savannah visit.

Pros:

The street is a classic Savanna's beauty with oak alley. Not too many tourists around this house, so you can still park your car, but location is close enough to many of the main attractions in the city. The kitchen is small, but equipped enough to put a decent dinner together and enjoy it on the patio outside (local Kroger is within a walking distance). The master bedroom upstairs is far more comfortable than downstairs and our daughter loved the sleeping nook on the second floor. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Janet was very responsive and it was a pleasure to communicate with.

Cons:

If you have to unfold the sleeper in the living room, there might be not enough space to unpack your bags. Taking your luggage upstairs on the staircase might be a challenge for someone. The space might be little tight for four adults and we would not recommend it for elderly visitors, because of the stair.

We would love to stay here again, but as a smaller group of 2 or 3 people.

Overall we had a great impression about Brownstone on Jones and would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome. The townhome was clean, had everything that we needed.

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for my wife's 40th birthday weekend and we had a great time. The townhome is exactly as advertised. Read the reviews there is a reason why this one has so many positive remarks. We hope you love it as much as we did.

Savannah, GA is beautiful, historic and artistic.

Founded in 1733, Savannah was the new world's first planned community. Wander through twenty-two squares landscaped in azaleas and live oaks dripping in Spanish moss.

Every major event in US history touched the city. Visit a Revolutionary War Battlefield and the house Gen. Sherman occupied during the Civil War.

Used as the location of many major motion pictures (Forrest Gump, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Something to Talk About, etc.), it is now the location of the Savannah Film Festival every fall. And in the spring is the Savannah Music Festival.

Fifteen miles from the Atlantic Ocean at Tybee Island, GA, and two and a half hours from Charleston, SC, Savannah is perfectly located to enjoy all manner of recreation. Savannah is a perfect vacation spot for every interest in your family.

Other Activities: History, ghost, & movie tours
