Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. Likewise, some cities, towns or counties have ordinances or regulations requiring minimum terms or periods for vacation rentals. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

As you know, my wife and I spent a month at unit 14A, building 1, at the Crescent Beach Club. We had seen pictures of the unit before we booked but we were blown away once we came into the unit. We loved looking out of every window and seeing water and the beach. To say that our unit was well-stocked is an understatement. I think we could have thrown a dinner party for at least 15 people because we would have had enough bowls, plates, cutlery, wine glasses et cetera. Another example is the fact that there was more than an abundance of towels, beach towels and beach covers for the chairs at the pool. There was no shortage of appliances i.e. toasters, blenders, coffee makers in the unit. I didn’t need to use the wine fridge in the kitchen but it is certainly a nice touch.
My daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids came to visit us for a week and everyone had their own bedroom. In addition to that, my grandson and son-in-law took advantage of having a kayak in the storage shed and used it on two occasions.
My wife definitely wants to purchase a mattress that we had in our bed in the master bedroom as it was extremely comfortable. I certainly was impressed with the fitness rooms on the second floor and worked out every day except two days during our stay at this complex. I even played pool with my grandson on one occasion.
Let me just say that the unit was spectacular and we absolutely have no complaints whatsoever.
At first our bedroom door was very squeaky to the master bedroom but all it took was buying a can of WD 40 and spraying the hinges. Trust me, that is absolutely not a complaint.
I would be remiss if I did not mention Tracey Bishop, the office manager at the Crescent Beach Club. Tracey is an absolutely delightful individual. On several occasions I consulted with her as to restaurants she would recommend or shopping areas or attractions that would be excellent for adults and children. Her input made our month long holiday even more enjoyable. What a wonderful asset she is to the Crescent Beach Club.

The condo was amazing for our family's spring break. It had everything we needed for a short holiday get a. way. I loved waking up to a view of the Gulf every morning, but we also had lovely views of the bay. We were able to see pelicans flying up close. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and I was able to cook our traditional Easter meal in the condo. The living room was a comfortable place for us to gather as a family. We are self-employed and we had the connectivity we needed to run our business while away on vacation. The beds were comfortable and the condo is stocked with everything you need for the beach (kites, toys, chairs, coolers, etc.)
This is my third year staying at CBBC unit 14A, and it was just as expected. This unit is clean and well-cared for. The furniture is comfortable, the décor is fun and beachy, and the kitchen is well-appointed. We actually planned some menus based on the equipment we knew was available in the kitchen. I would absolutely recommend this unit to a friend. Though we mostly relaxed on the veranda looking out at the Gulf, people with kids would enjoy all the rec equipment available in the unit and in the complex. We were disappointed that the Club was repairing the building's pool while we were here, but we found plenty to keep us occupied in the area. We appreciate these owners, who could not have been more responsive to questions. Wifi works great and TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room are greatly appreciated. Stayed for 6 weeks in ths unit and cannot come up with single complaint or issue. The unit is large, well decorated and has everything you could possible need or want. The views are outstanding as well - both sun rise and sunset. Would recommend highly.
Truly loved staying in this condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you could need for a vacation at the beach. Each bedroom is spacious with very comfortable beds. Balconies are great. Pool area is lovely. Close to good food, fishing and other activities.
This place is luxury exemplified. 3 bed/2.5 bath. Very spacious and open. All updated appliances. Living room tv is gorgeous and large. I did not stay in the master, but one of the other bedrooms had a tv and king bed nonetheless. The main balcony is probably my favorite. The sun sets over the horizon within the balcony view during all times of the year. It is very large with seating for 5-8+. It gets a nice breeze at all times. By my count, it actually has four separate balconies, three of which are smaller. Just a great space to relax and enjoy. The pool and ocean front are beautiful, quiet, and easily accessible. Great food and attractions are very near. This place is the total package. One of he most relaxing and elegant condos I've ever stayed in. A must book!
