Plan your family getaway at SERENITY and start a new tradition of vacation memories. This charming home, redesigned for 2014, is a short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast, fine dining, nature walks, boutique shopping and the largest pool on 30A.

On the first floor you will find a sizeable open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen ready to meet all your cooking needs. The dining area seats 8+ and opens up to the family room with plenty of space for lounging and catching a movie on the large LCD flat panel television or surf the web using high-speed wireless internet access. From this area you can access the outdoor covered deck complete with a gas grill and comfortable seating. Located at the back of the first floor is a spacious, master king bedroom with en suite bathroom, French doors to access the deck, a flat panel television and walk in closet. A half bath and full size laundry room complete the downstairs level.

Make your way to the second level where you will find another king master suite with private bath and access to the second floor deck. Here you will also find a quaint room with twin over full bunk beds, a twin size trundle and a twin size sofa bed, a private bathroom and access to the second floor deck, as well. All bedrooms have their own flat screen televisions.

Great location near the pool and RoseMary shops. Beach is beautiful and the tram stop is right across the street. Nice big table and well appointed kitchen. Would highly recommend it.

Great house and great owners!

We have only stayed here once but it is always our first choice when coming to 30A. It was perfect for our family with small children. Working with the owners is great and they are exceptional! Being able to get in touch with them on a moments notice is very comforting and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Wonderful Beach Home!

This was our second stay in Seacrest and our first stay at 6 Lifeguard Loop. We had such a great time and the house was so nice! I can't say enough about this neighborhood and the close proximity to everything! The pool is better than any resort I've ever been to and the included bikes with the rental were our favorite part of the trip. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Sandra was so great to work with!

Golden Valley

Great home and even better property manager!

We are snowbirds from MN and stayed at this property for the winter months, so we had an opportunity to get know the area, the home and management very well . The home was comfortable and well equipped, but what made our stay exceptional was working with Sandra from Beach Condo Girl, the property management company for this home. Sandra repeatedly provided superior service and made our stay so enjoyable we are looking to buy a home in the area and using Sandra to rent the property.

If you are looking for a clean, well maintained home, in a quieter area of Seacrest, while still within walking distance on most amenities you cannot go wrong staying here.

Perfect getaway!

Serenity was an excellent choice for our Spring Break Vacation. Sandra was wonderful to work with. The house was quite comfortable and provided the amenities that we needed. It is conveniently located within short walking distances to the pool, beach and nearby shops and dining. Would definitely stay again!

Stunning, clean & Fun Home, Beware the Beach Access

Beautiful beautiful home! Our family enjoyed our stay here & would recommend it. My only issue with this area is after spending 6 summer vacations at Seacrest is the ongoing dispute between the Seacrest neighborhood & the neighborhood in front of Seacrest which is the beach access for Seacrest. This dispute seems to have escalated over the years & the beach access neighborhood has gone above & beyond to limit access to Seacrest renters. They have security sitting out front & some are quite rude. FYI: Visitors are NOT aloud to pull coolers, pull wagons, push strollers including a family that had a disabled child that could not walk on their own but they were NOT aloud to push this childs stroller to the beach access. You spend a good amount of money to rent these beautiful homes & enjoy the beach & NOT have to deal with the antics going on between the ownership of the 2 neighborhoods.

OTHERWISE this house is a gem!!

I am equally sorry to hear that you had a difficult time with a security officer employed by the neighboring community of Sunset Beach. Had I known about this problem during your stay, I could have brought the matter to the attention of the Seacrest Beach security team and HOA board of directors who could have addressed the problem with Sunset Beach immediately. Please rest assured that I have provided them with a copy of this review and will be following up with them on the issue. Your open and honest feedback is invaluable. People can bring coolers to the beach if they carry them by hand or ferry them through the beach access corridor on the tram service offered by Seacrest Beach. Baby strollers that are used to transport young children are permitted across the beach access corridor provided the strollers do not remain unattended on the boardwalk. The Sunset Beach security guards will stop someone from using a stroller if the stroller is being used to carry any items other than a child. I cannot express to you how outraged I am to hear that a representative of the Sunset Beach Security team prevented parents from bringing their handicapped child in a stroller through the beach access corridor. Again, we are happy to hear that you had a great time at Serenity and hope you will consider coming back to Seacrest Beach in the future.

• Guests over 25 years of age and families are welcome. We do not rent to student groups.
• In the spring break and summer high seasons 7-night minimum stays from Saturday through Saturday are required.
• Two adult bike rentals are included in 6+ night stays that fall between March 18 - August 4.
• With an additional pet fee, this home welcomes house trained dogs no younger than 2 years old. Pets must be on a flea/tick preventative and updated on all vaccinations. Pets must also be crated when no one is in residence. Any evidence of pets on furniture or bedding will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
• Payments may be made directly via check to avoid additional fees. If guests prefer to pay directly via credit card or PayPal online a 4% fee will be added to the invoiced total.
