Although this is a new listing on this site, I have had this property in the short term rental marker for about 2 years and have had 70% occupancy. I live upstairs so I am available if there is a problem or if you have any questions about the neighborhood and or Los Angeles.

Clean modern space close to the beach

This place was such a great spot for us to stay for a long weekend. Just steps from the beach, restaurants and bars, and with your own off street parking too! Highly recommend.

Great location

Great location and price for a quality room and responsive owner. Very clean, well stocked and just five minute walk to the beach. Visit the Cows End Cafe and enjoy the pier. My teenagers loved it.

Nice, Comfortable Apartment

I really liked this apartment. It was clean, spacious and thoughtfully maintained. The kitchen and bathroom are both new and beautifully decorated. The owner provided everything ... lotions, shampoos, beach towels, extra pillows and even an aero bed for extra guests. The sheets were pure cotton and the towels were thick and fluffy. It is located just two short blocks to the beach and near my favorite coffee spot. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because it was dark. If you don't mind putting the light on during the day, you will love it. It was great for sleeping.

Owner's Response: The Unit is a little dark I agree, But the trees need trimming and that will bring a lot more light into the unit.. Trees due to be trimmed next week. Thank you.

Comfortable time in LA

I had to be in the area for business and found this unit to be the BEST. Close and easy for all the right reasons. I would stay here again. The choce of restaurants made the stay fun

Quite place close to the beach

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend with our adult daughters (4 of us). The place is perfectly located 3 blocks from the beach in a quite street of Marina del Rey. Many restaurants you can walk to. Great coffee place too, The Cow's End Cafe. We rented bikes at the beach, and rode along the bike trail from Marina del Rey to Santa Monica and back. The apartment is well equipped (everything Ray lists is there!). King bed was excellent. The sofa bed was good for one person (our second daughter used the blow up mattress). Ray if the perfect host who allowed us to check in early and check out late!
