I was a professional in the TV industry for over 30 years and retired. I flipped houses in the Venice / Marina neighborhoods when real estate was booming. Now I work part time managing properties for TV / Film Production, and I am a volunteer for the U.S. Coast Guard.

Although this is a new listing on this site, I have had this property in the short term rental marker for about 2 years and have had 70% occupancy. I live upstairs so I am available if there is a problem or if you have any questions about the neighborhood and or Los Angeles.

This One bedroom Unit is situated on the Venice Canal just south of Venice Pier. This way you are in quite, safe, Marina del Rey but only a short walk to all the craziness of Venice Beach & Famous Venice Boardwalk.

Perfect condition - well appointed.

Very nice property. Towels, dishes, coffee, everything you could need in the kitchen is there. Very clean, modern, well appointed and up to date. Lots of movies and board games, wifi, cable. Ray is available and friendly. Good location. Thanks, we had a good time.

Excellent!

The apartment was perfect for our vacation and exceeded our expectations! It was large, spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room area was comfortable, the outdoor patio was very nice, the bedroom had plenty of closet space so we didn't feel cluttered and the bed was very comfortable. Ray made us feel very comfortable and welcome and was responsive to any request. There were flowers waiting for us when we arrived, coffee for the Keurig machine, toiletries in the bathroom, and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and blankets for our use at the beach. The apartment was perfectly located only a few very short blocks to the beautiful beach - a few minute walk at most. The area is quiet and peaceful, but also not far from the hustle and bustle of Venice beach. The off-street parking made coming and going very easy and was a big bonus. My wife and I had a blast staying here and would highly recommend it! We hope to come back and stay here again!

Two girls From San Jose CA to So Cal!

Beautiful place with a great location!! The walk to the awesome sandy beach was so short. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. It was great having on site parking. Loved the back yard. Ray was always willing to help.

Perfect stay in LA

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished to a very high standard.

The location was perfect, in a quiet, safe neighbourhood which is only minutes from bars, shops and restaurants and the beach of course. The off street parking was definitely a bonus for a very busy area where parking is scare and expensive,

Ray, the owner was great and very helpful.

I definitely hope to return and will be recommending the apartment to all my family and friends looking to visit the area.
