Mansion - Private Waterfront Estate

Bedrooms 4
Half Baths1
Property type estate
Minimum Stay nights

About the property

Estate, 4 Bedrooms, 6.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

A TRUE FLORIDA MANSION, without question, the grandest elegant home for lease on Marco Island. Four bedrooms, four full baths and three half baths and only three years old. On large bay with 200' waterfrontage with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Located in the prestigious estate area, this 7,200 sf home offers everything you could imagine in luxury lifestyle of Florida's coveted South West coast.

Upon arrival you will be wowed with the exterior beauty of this Italian Villa styled design on a double building lot complete with double entry arched paver driveway, two seperate two car oversized garages connected with a portico that doubles as a lounging terrace on the second floor. The landscaping is more like artwork framing the first impression of this remarkable home.

Entering through custom made oversized double doors to the main foyer with full views of the formal living and dining rooms with soaring ceilings and elaborate woodworking and specialty lighting will certainly leave you in awe.

The view from these rooms, and all rooms in the home, are nothing short of spectacular. The back of the home boasts floor to ceiling windows in all main rooms and beautiful french doors in all bedrooms for maximum water views.

The kitchen and breakfast rooms, and adjoining full bar, are a gourmet chef's ultimate desire. The kitchen, again with soaring ceilings and cathedral like wood work design, has a center work island with room enough for six people to easily work around. Viking gas 8-top stove and double Viking ovens, as well as a restaurant style refridgerator adorn this kitchen. Custom Habersham oversized lighted cabinetry completes this kitchen, almost too pretty to cook in.

The very comfortable large den has two walls of glass doors that fold back into disappearing walls for storage allowing the den to become both interior and exterior space.

A working office or study is on the main level as well as a guest bedroom, king bed, and full bath. All furnishings are custom designer quality and are of exceptional style and finishes.

The master bedroom is a retreat unto itself. Behind double entry doors into a private bedroom foyer you will experience an enclave of luxury and beauty that could spoil even the most discerning of guests. A huge bedroom with private sitting area would coax you to retire early on any given night to the peacefulness of a good book or movie. The bath is just as generous with his and her bathrooms, seperate vanities, a jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower that is more akin to a spa experience.

The second level is reached by either a soaring winding staircase encased in a window wall second foyer or by the secluded elevator.

On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, both queen beds, each with full baths. Also, for your entertainment, is a card room, wet bar, an office, a half bath, and a theater room easily seating eight in a setting quite different than the usual theater. All rooms upstairs also have french doors opening up onto a hugh covered patio overlooking the pool below and the large bay area behind the home.

The pool and patio area behind the home are nothing short of resort area outdoor entertainment. The pool is arguably the largest private home pool on the island with a seperate shallow end for child's play and, after going under a walking bridge, opening up into a large disappearing edge pool complete with water slide, fountains and hot tub. The bridge across the pool carries you to a private "beach" area complete with beautiful white sand and palm trees.

The patio and pool area also hosts an outdoor kitchen with grill, sink and bar countertops for serving. There is also a private half bath with outdoor access from the pool area. A 200 foot sea wall and boat dock allows ample room for your yacht and lots of great fishing right there in the back yard off the sea wall.

AMAZING home and experience

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent 9 fantastic days in this unbelievable home. Our children ages 7 and 8 thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach is truly a peaceful oasis.

I was attending a medical conference at the Marriott and the contrast between the busy lobby and overcrowded pool area with the pool at this home was striking. We were able to grill and prepare meals while the kids swam and played.

There were so many amenities at this home that it is difficult to describe in this short review. The house was immaculate upon arrival with music playing on speakers throughout the house. Each room was well appointed, the kitchen fully stocked, and the bedroom linens of high quality. Every detail of this home has been carefully considered.

Deborah is responsive and considerate....we feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to share her beautiful home and create lasting memories.

Without hesitation, I recommend this property.

Best Vacation Home EVER

  • 5 of 5

Our family chose this home for our Christmas vacation experience and the home and amenities exceeded all expectations. The online description of the property was not an exaggeration. This is indeed a luxurious, spacious mansions with incredible amenities.

Communication with the owner was responsive and the owner was very easy to work with. A very friendly property manager greeted us upon arrival and provided a thorough walk through. The property manager was great to work with and even arranged for a boating experience for the family which was quite extraordinary, including dolphins following the boat. He wanted to make sure we enjoyed the house and our vacation and made it clear to call anytime, which wasn't necessary.

The professional kitchen was a highlight for the gourmet chefs in our family - spacious with double refrigerators and freezer space, double ovens and plenty of kitchen ware, wine glasses etc. A beautiful bar area with a wine refrigerator served as a perfect complement to the kitchen.

We had perfect Florida weather and thus spent most of the time on the spacious lanai areas which were well furnished with comfortable seating, a wonderful summer kitchen space with large grill and refrigerator. We used the pool and hot tub from morning to night. Sitting in the infinity style pool overlooking a large bay was relaxing and the perfect spot to enjoy amazing sunsets. The bay is a no wake area and perfect for watching many boats pass by quietly.

The media room's giant screen was a treat and we watched home videos and laughed into the night.

The home's location is also a plus, convenient to grocery stores and restaurants along Collier Blvd, but away from the traffic. Only 45 minutes from Southwest Regional Airport (RSW) made transportation very convenient.

Our week's stay went entirely too fast but we have memories for a lifetime. The property was recommended by a friend and we certainly pass along our 5 star recommendation with no reservations.

Great house

  • 5 of 5

I could not have been more pleased with this home. The pictures on line can not do it justice, the ambiance is incredible. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings of the home make it an exceptional stay. Ed the property manager made sure we had whatever we needed. This is effortless to recommend, and I wouldn't hesitate in rebooking.

50th Anniversary week with family

  • 5 of 5

I would highly recommend this property The pictures on the website are good but don't do the property justice. The attention to detail in the architecture and decorating was awesome. It was in a great location. We were planning on doing more sight seeing but I couldn't get anyone to leave the house . The pool was the highlight for my grandchildren . It is close to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. It was clean and well maintained and the property owner and manager were very helpful. I'd highly recommend this property and would definitely consider reserving this home in the future. A++++

A Private Resort!

  • 5 of 5

Our family stayed here for a week - and what a memorable week it was! A dream stay - when you book a property on-line, you always worry if the pictures will match what the home really is - NO WORRIES HERE! If you think the pictures are unbelievable on the website - this home far exceeds what you see! Everything is perfect! The views and the sunset are incredible. The pool, slide, waterfall, hot tub and private beach are like staying at your own private resort. There is a theater room upstairs, and an incredible kitchen. There's no need to even leave the premises. We even fished with great success off the pier. The Owner was incredibly flexible in working with us. We got the opportunity to actually meet them both, and they made us feel like we were a part of their family! It is the nicest home we've stayed at on the island, and is the only house we'd want to stay at in the future. It is an experience that our 2 boys still talk about!

The Second Time was even Better

  • 5 of 5

Hard to believe, but the home was even better the second vacation, one year apart. A brand new king size bed in the Master Suite was quite a joy...but most importantly, it was like coming home after being away for a year. Our family loves the home. Period. There are so many private areas, even a large family will find peace and quiet. The second floor balcony overlooking the water is the perfect place for an afternoon nap.

Since we are in the process of designing our retirement home, our architect joined us for a few days. Soom he was walking around the house, measuring, taking pictures, drawing room layouts, etc. He commented it was truly a magnificent home, including all the furnishings.

Just with a simple phone call, one can take care of any unforeseen problem...Ed is always available. One morning the toaster-oven just phone call, Ed was there in 10 minutes, checked it out, left and returned with the latest model toaster-oven. We love bagels, so this was very nice. Another call to Ed, and we were up-to-speed on how to make the Cinema work...we had forgotten!

Our family loves the home. We plan to continue to vacation here once a year at least.
