Minimum Stay 3 nights

About the property

Rustic cabin with all amenities away from the big City but only a stone's throw

Welcome to our peaceful home on the sunny southern-exposed shores of Pitt Lake. This perched A-Frame cabin is located in a sheltered cove right on the shore of Pitt Lake, the world's second largest Tidal Lake. This acreage is surrounded by three Provincial Parks: Pinecone-Burke, Golden Ears, and Garibaldi Provincial Park. It features a large dock with deepwater moorage for two large vessels, a beach and creek right on the property, fire pit, artists studio, and a walk-out deck suspended in the trees. There are two bedrooms and one loft, as well as a full standard bathroom with shower & on-demand hot-water. The spring flows straight into the kitchen, the lights and appliances run on propane, and the power is supplied by a solar energy system - we are completely off the grid, and water-access only. There are no roads into Subiaco Cove, and the only way to come here is by boat. If you do not own a boat or do not want to hire one locally, we can hope to provide transportation for an additional fee. We have a variety of beach toys for the kids, and plenty of hiking right from the property's edge. Enjoy fishing for Salmon, Steelhead, Sturgeon, Trout in the depths of the Lake. Cozy up to the wood stove for a night in, or spend the sunset on the rocks in front of the bonfire, whatever you choose you'll be very comfortable in this newly refurnished WestCoast Cabin.

Pitt Lake is remote, and the lower mainlands' best kept secret, barely anyone gets to visit because of its' boat-access-only nature. This place is a gem!
