About Sarah Martin

My husband and I are originally from the east coast (Maine and Pennsylvania) and lived near Denver for several years before moving to Grand County in 2007 so we could enjoy the mountain lifestyle on a permanent basis. We now have 2 young children and run a property maintenance and cleaning company in the Winter Park, Fraser, Granby and Grand Lake areas. This beautiful Trailhead condo was purchased by my husbands parents in 2013 and we have taken on the role of managing it, as well as enjoying it ourselves:) We just love this area and all it has to offer and we hope you do too!

Cozy condo, perfect for a ski weekend!

The condo was great. It's right in town, with restaurants, convenient stores, etc. The mountain was just a 10 min drive away. The condo was very clean and had a cozy feel. The owners were great to work! Would definitely stay here again and high recommend it to others!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was everything we expected.

We live in Steamboat Springs and this was our first family ski trip. Our youngest is five so we finally decided to take the whole clan to a different ski area. Had a great trip. Close to restaurants and sledding hill which we definitely took advantage of. They do have sleds at the hill for everyone to use.

What a great place!

We loved our stay at this condo! The location is great; the owners were quick to respond to questions, it was perfect. I would recommend to others who might be planning to cook full meals at this place to take spices with you. It was only stocked with salt and pepper. The appliances and cookware were great!

We were fortunate to get one night here. unfortunately, we had only a few hours to enjoy it. We did not get to see amenities such as hot tub or pool. However, condo was very nice, very clean, bedding and rooms current and very nice.
