About Sarah Martin

My husband and I are originally from the east coast (Maine and Pennsylvania) and lived near Denver for several years before moving to Grand County in 2007 so we could enjoy the mountain lifestyle on a permanent basis. We now have 2 young children and run a property maintenance and cleaning company in the Winter Park, Fraser, Granby and Grand Lake areas. This beautiful Trailhead condo was purchased by my husbands parents in 2013 and we have taken on the role of managing it, as well as enjoying it ourselves:) We just love this area and all it has to offer and we hope you do too!

Loved the condo's Bluetooth and view of mountains. Only reason this wasn't a 5 is that it could use a king size bed, better pillows and tv in bedroom.

Really nice condo for our weekend getaway to Winter Park. Excellent location right in the heart of town. Clean and comfortable. The pack and play for our 3 month old to sleep in was a bonus. Thanks!
