Really nice apartment but sofa bed was dirty and broken.

  • 3 of 5

The sofa bed was literally broken. It dragged down in the middle because the bar was bent. My grown son had to sleep on this for two nights. It also had food in it when we opened it up. The mini blinds on the door were really ugly, bent and dirty. Other than these two things it was a nice apartment. I almost feel that I should get some of my money back. I paid way too much to have my son sleep on a broken bed during our first vacation together in 5 years.

One more thing, the directions for returning the key should be adjusted. Step one says return the key to the box. Step number 5 says return the other key by leaving it on the kitchen counter. These steps should be together. I also went downstairs to return the key but I had the wrong one!!! I had to go back upstairs to switch the keys. It should be made more clear that the key to be taken downstairs is the one with the blue circle on it! Thank you

Spacious and great location!

  • 5 of 5

Perfect location next to Pike Place Market and Waterfront. The confirmation said 2 queen beds (listing said 1 King/1 Queen), but ended up having 1 King and 1 Queen so was perfect. Apartment was very spacious and clean. We had unit on 10th floor and didn't look like any of the listings we saw, but we knew this based on previous reviews. The unit had great view of harbor steps (with trees in bloom) and water. Water pressure was non-existent (again previous reviews said this). We were only there 1 night so wasn't big deal. Instructions for checking-in and out were very easy to follow and spot on (super simple process!). Would absolutely stay here again!

A good time for all

  • 4 of 5

Nice place and clean with plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen suited our needs. Close to so many things so we didn't use the rental car at all til departure. Helpful staff. Second bedroom needed it's own TV and vertical blinds in all rooms needed repairs. Would rent again when in town for more activities, so much to do and so little time.

Perfect Downtown Retreat

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The apartment on 1st Avenue was central to our activities, and it was an easy walk to downtown or Pike Place market. The apartment was roomy and clean with all of the amenities you would expect. The hosts were clear in their communications and made our stay easy. We loved Seattle and will definitely be back!
