About the property

Large 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Park Ave Condo. Heated Pool And Hot Tubs

Park Ave #327 is a large two level, two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo conveniently located near the corner of Park Ave and Deer Vally Dr/Empire Ave. This condo is a great value for a small family (sleeps 4) that wants a lot of space. It is a townhouse style with a private carport and additional parking......a rare feature in PC. There are several updates throughout this property like new furniture, kitchen and bath updates. Both bedrooms are upstairs and both have a full bathroom attached to the bedroom. The Master has a California King bed and a private balcony with mountain views. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an attached full bathroom. There is a gas fireplace to gather around after a long winter day. The kitchen is fully appointed for preparing a family meal. Eat at the dining room table or at the kitchen counter. A slider door leads off the living area to a flat area great for making snowmen. All linens are professional laundered for extra freshness with extra blankets and pillows. This unit sits across the street from Starbucks, a grocery store and pharmacy. The Park City Condo Association has a beautifully renovated outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Coin operated laundry machines are located around the property. This unit is less than a half of a mile from Park City Mountain Resort and approximately a mile from Historic Main St. There are several ski shops within walking distance. The FREE bus system has multiple bus stops within a short walk to conveniently move around town without a vehicle. Our guests received discounts for rental equipment located at the base of Park City Mountain.

Large space, cozy condo in Park City

  • 5 of 5

This condo had everything myself and three friends needed for the weekend. It's a large space with three beds, outfitted kitchen for cooking meals, and it's close to the functional part of Park City (i.e. grocery store, Starbucks, several restaurants and shops) and a short drive from downtown. We enjoyed our stay, and thanks!

Great location! Convenient to public transportation, ski resorts, Olympic venues, grocery, restaurants, etc. We had a nice “winter fun” week in Park City, including downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and tubing. Lots to do and see!

Location was excellent. Property is dated and needs upgrading but clean and functional. Furniture in the living room was comfortable. Lighting in the living room was inadequate. Light bulbs were missing from one lamp and burned out in another. Need to add better lamps with lighter shade coverings. Kitchen had good supply of dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable, but lighting in both bedrooms was poor.

Christmas 2017 Stay in Park City

  • 5 of 5

We had a fantastic, fabulous time in the apartment. Loved it, already looking forward for next season to come back, will start making plans early in Spring 2018!

Central location - Fresh Market store across the street has large selection of organic produce. Free shuttle can take you to former Canyons resort under 5 mins, Park City resort you can practically walk to - under 10 minutes. Apartment has everything a group of friends or a family may need to make stay conformable.

Fireplace in family room makes spending nights after long day skiing exceptional.

Enjoyed every minute...

Great Condo!

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful condo, very open and spread out. Great location, walking distance to everything.

The only thing I would suggest would be putting brighter light bulbs in the condo it’s very dark in most of the rooms especially the bathrooms.

Great location with the basics

  • 4 of 5

We stayed here over the 4th of July so we could be close to the golf course and PCMR for all the fun festivities. The condo is clean and simple. There was plenty of cabinet space for all our groceries and supplies. There is no air conditioning, which is probably ok the majority of the year. It did get warm at night - would be nice to have some fans in the condo for warm nights. We also love to grill outside during the summer, and missed having one during our stay. The pool was great and our kids loved it! Great location within walking/biking/bus distance to anything in Park City.
