What makes this House unique
Views - At first we fell in love with the property's location and it's ability to see the Island's sparkling blue water, palm trees and green grass in the foreground. we are able to enjoy and experience the expansive beauty. Unobstructed scenery - Rarely in Coronado will your find no homes blocking views between your home and and beyond. Tranquility - Quite and off the beaten path. So close to beach and yet out of the traffic pattern, providing a peaceful setting, unique to the island. Keeping a part of Coronado's quaint Island charm - We enjoyed the process of preserving part of Coronado's history. Historical significance - We were pleasantly surprised to uncover the seaside cottage's history and the stories of past owners include: a prominent member of parliament, heroic naval pilot, and a noted humanitarian. Creating an indoor-outdoor-spaces - The terrace, a great out-look to observe and participate in the festivities of the island's lifestyle. The elivated brick patio hosts seating as well as a fire bowl which can also double as a coffee table. The fire allows for perfect year round outdoors enjoyment. Beautiful Relaxing Home!
My family and I stayed at the Seaside Cottage in October 2017 and absolutely loved it! The home was very warm and welcoming and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Cherie and Nancy were wonderful hosts and very attentive to our needs. Some of our favorite things about the home (aside from the convenient location), were the amazing views of the Coronado golf course, the cozy backyard patio, and bon fire pit. I highly recommend this home to anyone - especially families - looking for a clean, spacious, fun place to stay in Coronado.
Thank you Nancy and Cherie for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home and we look forward to visiting you again very soon!
