Your Elevator Awaits as you come and go from this Exclusive Atrium Level Lands' End condominium. The Atrium Level offers a professionally designed heated and cooled lobby area and a walk-out screened-in patio near the fantastic main pool!

Lands' End is well-known for having the best Location, pools, views, and amenities the lake area has to offer. Less than a mile from the door is the 110+ store outlet mall with an incredible selection of stores. Also within a few miles are a long list of popular restaurants both on and off the water and a variety of entertainment activities. At the complex, the amenities will fulfill your days from a morning workout in the exercise facility to an afternoon with the kids at the lazy river and waterpark or lounging pool-side at the main pool with waterfall and zero-depth entry before you take in the sunset and head back to the condo to barbeque and enjoy your family and friends!

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master suite features a high quality king bed, a walk-out to the patio overlooking the lake, and a luxury bath with a large shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with direct access to the second full bath off of the main living area. The third bedroom offers twin over full bunk beds. All of the bedrooms have flat panel TV's! In addition, the main living area offers space for a queen air mattress to sleep 2 more... Altogether, the condo can accommodate up to 9 guests!

Our property is smoke free, pet free, and we have a minimum age for rental of 25.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am unless otherwise arranged.

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!

Lands End is one of the finest condominium developments at the Lake of the Ozarks. Our condo features fantastic views of the Lake and the Lake's gorgeous sunsets. The complex adds a fitness center, a children's activity pool with lazy river, and a very impressive zero-depth entry pool with a waterfall that you must see to appreciate! The location is also fantastic, within minutes of the lake area attractions including the Factory Outlet Mall, Restaurants & Bars, Grocery Stores, and Entertainment!

Very nice

The property was excellent. Kitchen was extremely nice. There was plenty of room for our six women for a shopping weekend. We liked the enclosed atrium entrance and screened-in patio.

We always have trouble with the TV's. Maybe instructions would help.

Quality of sheets and towels were lacking. Some cleanliness issues could have been better, but overall our stay was a success and we will rent again. Thank you!

Very nice condo

This is a very nice, well-decorated, spacious condo right on the lake. The central location is convenient to attractions such as restaurants, golf courses, and the outlet mall. The fall rates were a very good value and the owner/manager was responsive and easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Mixed bag for this rental

First, I would say the unit itself I would give 4 stars+. I think the owners have done a good job outfitting the unit for rental purposes. TV and cable in each room is nice when you have several kids. The overall condition of this unit is good, kitchen and appliances are nice. Where this unit goes wrong (1 star) is in its management by the management company (Jason). First, in my opinion Jason is slow to respond to emails and almost impossible to get him to return a phone call. I was a little tired of the standard response to "check the website for information". When you are planning a family vacation, it is nice to be able to talk to someone directly. The first day in the unit, I sent Jason an email with several minor issues about the condo (the ceiling fans in the porch clearly have not been cleaned in months, if not years, kind of disgusting to turn them on if your sitting under them or cooking on the grill). We also had a problem with one of the bedroom tvs. Yet no response whatsoever from Jason to my initial email. The last night of our stay some family with 3 or 4 kids was trying to get into our unit at 10:30 at night. From what I could tell, Jason had double booked the unit for our last night. I looked at their contract and they appeared to be at the correct unit. So now this family with small kids had no place to sleep at almost 11:00PM. I sent Jason an email about this, you would think this would have generated some apology from Jason for the fact that someone was trying to get into our unit at a late hour in the evening. Yet we received not a single response from Jason, how is that possible? Anyway, do yourself a favor and try to rent a vacation unit directly from an owner. I believe you will be treated better.

High end and very comfortable!

We had a large group of seven adults. All were very happy with the sleeping arrangements. Everything was well appointed as promised. Jason was wonderful in communicating all information . This was a last-minute reservation, but it went on without a hitch!

Impressive unit - look no further!

Recently enjoyed a stay at this condo and so very glad I picked to stay here. The condo is very homey and really enjoyed the atrium patio as you are able to enjoy listening to the water while drinking your morning coffee. The location of the condo is also ideal as you are very close in proximity to many good restaurants and attractions in Osage Beach. It is not reflected in the pictures but the owners have made updates to the condo to continue to make it feel fresh and welcoming for renters. There are new couches as well as updated bedding in all the rooms. Definitely makes a difference for me in choosing a location and I will definitely go back again!

Car: necessary

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! The Ladies love the 110+ store outlet mall less than a mile from the condo and there's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!
