I am a person who loves traveling, meeting new people, and learning new cultures. I was born in Italy, in Rome, to be exact. I feel very fortunate to be born in this beautiful city where the weather is always mild.
Owner/Manager purchased this Apartment in 2013
Why Owner/Manager chose Rione IV Campo Marzio
Of many apartments in Rome, this is located in a perfect location. I suggest to all the people who intend to book not to rent a car. Rome is such a beautiful city that should be enjoyed on foot and this apartment is just the perfect solution. The area is actually an extremely lively location to stay. It is possible to have speedy access to the unique city activities, attractions and tours. In addition to this, the location is also considered the center of the present day Roman life. The unique narrow streets, and the characteristic architectures, are making this area one of the most attractive of Rome.
What makes this Apartment unique
I am always very attentive to details. For me punctuality is a key factor in my work. I do my best to make each customer feel like home. In addition, before each check-in I prepare a detailed list, built according to the needs of each client, of all the restaurants and shops of products typical of Roman cuisine.

Convenient and comfortable
Location was very convenient and the apartment itself was comfortable for a family of six.
A wonderful and much cheaper alternative to a hotel in Rome
My husband and I, accompanied by two of my siblings and their spouses, spent 5 days last month in this lovely, extremely well located apartment. The layout is excellent for 3 couples with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (2 en suite and 1 a few feet down the hall). Luigi, the owner, provides lots of information on the neighborhood (his recommendation for Due Ladroni restaurant was spot on) in advance which we found very helpful. The only problem (easily rectified) that I noted was a lack of measuring spoons, measuring cups and a few containers for leftover food in the kitchen.
Fantastic Apartment in a great location, need to improve on the customer service.
Cannot say anything bad about this apartment it is in a great location and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. However we felt let down by the contact with Luigi he was very difficult to contact from the UK and when in Rome despite supplying a mobile phone in the apartment for your use to contact him, this phone was never answered and you were unable to leave a voice message! Also tried from personal mobile and whats app messages but unable to get Luigi, this was frustrating as we did not know if our return transfers had been arranged or if we could leave luggage in apartment and wasted time for us. Luigi this let your apartment down and you need to put something better in place to manage your Customer experience, you have a lovely apartment and your check in guy was so helpful!
Excellent apartment for our family of six and a toddler.
We arrived a little early and the manager had a friend let us into the apartment. While a little small, our family of six were extremely comfortable. One bathroom even had a tub for our toddler as well a a portable crib!! The terrace is a wonderful addition. Beds are very comfortable. Extra linens were available if needed. Closet for suitcases were appreciated. Kitchen immaculate. Would definitely stay here again!
As far as sight seeing, we were very close to St Peter's and the metro to many sights in Rome. We arrived by train to the Rome Termini station, took the metro to Flamingo (5 stops) and walked through the Plazzo de Popolo to the apartment with many suitcases. Still this was very manageable. While the apartment does not have a safe, the door is very secure and we felt safe in the area as well. Hank you for sharing this beautiful apartment for our visit to Rome!!
We loved it! Accommodating and caring, they took all measures to be sure we were informed.
The property is in a fantastic location of Rome. Places to eat, sight see and be picked up by tour guides or taxi. We highly recommend! So much to learn about in Rome. We adored our stay and look forward to a return one day.
Great location for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping
We enjoyed our stay at the Luxury apartment Spagna. It provided us the basics for our stay in Rome. It was a little smaller than the pictures indicate but we managed. Luigi was quick to address some of the problems we had with exterior doors on the patio not closing or locking properly and we were very appreciative of that. He also had one of the bathroom showers fixed for us as it wasn't working properly. The beds were comfortable although our bedroom was a bit tight for space. We had no place to put our clothes in our bedroom so we lived out of the suitcase for the 5 days. The other two bedrooms at least had a dresser to put things in if you wanted. We couldn't keep our suitcase in our room as it was the smallest. We left it in the dining area. The kitchen was adequate for us but the laundry room was a disappointment. It was off the kitchen but almost outside as the ceiling was open to outside. It was dark and could use some better lighting as well. I used the flashlight on my phone to read the dials on the washing machine. It really had a bad septic kind of smell out there and the floor was wet from the drainage. We also noticed a similar smell in our bathroom but it was milder. The other suggestion I would make is that they install a safe for valuables. We just hid our stuff around the apartment but would have felt much better if we'd had a safe. Overall though, I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again in the future or recommend it to people. It's good to know just what you are getting as the pictures definitely make it look bigger. I'd say six people max in this apartment.
The position of this apartment is awesome, being in the hearth of the historical center. Within 5 minutes walking you will be able to reach some of the best roman attractions: Spanish Steps, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, St. Peter and the Vatican museums just to mention the closest ones... It may also help to know that at less than 300 meters from the apartment you can find a supermarket (Punto SMA - Via Soderini, 14), Bank (Monte Dei Paschi Di Siena – Via del Corso, 520), Pharmacy (Farmacia Ripetta – Via di Ripetta, 254), Wine shop (Enoteca Buccone - Via di Ripetta, 19), Caffè Bar (Caffè Rosati – Piazza del Popolo, 5A). The area is also one of the most rich of restaurants and pubs, and the list of the ones close to the apartment is really huge, some of them are really just a few steps from the apartment, in Via Angelo Brunetti itself or in the narrow streets around.
