Fabulous direct ocean view from every room in this totally renovated 2 bed/ 2bath luxury condo. Every room includes a nice size flat screen TV, completely stocked kitchen with island. Building is on the sand with an ocean front pool as well as an ocean front tiki bar with a delicious full menu with very reasonable prices, even serves breakfast for $5.95! Where else can you get a breakfast on the beach for that cheap? You will also find a great sushi restaurant in the lobby that serves all you can eat Maine lobster every Wednesday for $39.95, that is a steal!

Walking distance to shopping supermarkets, fun and lively night life, local bars and karaoke. Commercial Boulevard closed every weekend for live bands and street activities. Also find next door on the beach you will find several fun water sports activities including jet ski rentals.

Great Views

The property owner was great to work with. He was quick to respond to questions and met us at the property the day of arrival. He gave us suggestions for dinners and places to visit. The unit itself was clean and had been remodeled. The unit also has everything you need including chairs, towels, sand toys, kitchen utensils and pans. We cooked most of our meals in the unit as the grocery store is within walking distance. The valet parking was easy in and out with very little wait. The Tiki hut on the beach had great food, but drinks during the day were pricey. The beach was great and chairs\umbrellas were fairly reasonable to rent. My only complaint is the building is pretty run down and could use some TLC. Overall the unit was perfectly comfortable for our family of 5 to enjoy a great week on the beach. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Relaxing Spring Break!

We just returned from spending a week in this condo. We are a family of 5, 3 of which are teenagers. We had plenty of room and each child had their own bed! The kitchen is updated nicely. Queen beds where very comfortable. The view from this unit are amazing! Having the Tiki Bar/restaurant on site was great. Food and drinks were never a disappointment! Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The Owner Jim contacted us mid-week to see if there was anything we needed. We would certainly stay at this condo again if we return Ft. Lauderdale again. T

Really enjoyed our stay

Our family had a great spring break at this condo- comfortable, plenty of room for the 7 of us, balcony overlooking the beach and pool, great food and drink at the tiki bar (you gotta try the grouper bites), and the owner was very accommodating and friendly. Grocery store nearby, plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance; the area felt very safe and out of the "party zone". Very pleased with our stay.

GREAT PLACE, GREAT FOOD, RIGHT ON THE BEACH !!!

I honestly have to say that our stay at the Ocean Manor Resort last week was one of the best vacations we've had. This unit in particular is absolutely beautiful with it's views of the Atlantic and private balcony and the owner, Jim Coppersmith, made certain that our every need was met. The Ocean Manor Resort itself is terrific and lots of fun with the tiki bar on site and the Italian restaurant. Great food, drinks and lots of fun. We'll definitely be going back in the future.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Oceanfront Views

We would highly recommend this condo because of the beautiful ocean views from every room and balcony, and we appreciated how clean and well-equipped it was for our vacation. The living room furniture was very comfortable and it was great to have tiled floors throughout. Our only disappointment was that the wifi was weak in the condo and not secured by a password. We enjoyed both the heated swimming pool and the well-maintained beach, and the two restaurants on site were great. We really did not need our car while we were there because everything was within walking distance. Jim, the owner, was very helpful and easy to communicate with, and we hope to return for another vacation with our family some day.
