We stayed here with family for a wedding and found the apartment was a light, spacious and very comfortable place to stay while in NYC. The flat was furnished in a contemporary style with modern fittings and equipment and very comfortable beds. The subway was a 5 minute walk and Central Park just a few blocks away. The area around the apartment was well served with cafes, bars, shops and supermarkets.

Roomy apartment on upper East side of NYC.

This apartment was completely suitable for our needs, but we probably won't stay again. The beds were horrible. All of us slept poorly on the foam mattresses that were as stiff as sleeping on the floor. The couch is best for sleeping.

Also, the parking garage is right next door and, while great for convenience, the chime that each entering car makes reverberates in the apartment at all hours because the properties share a wall.

The unit was clean and sparsely decorated, much like a hotel room. But again, it was adequate. And for the price, I think I'd rather be in a hotel.

Owner's Response: Hi - Thank you for taking the time to review my apartment. However after reading your review I cannot help but feel you may have reviewed the wrong property here. We have 4 spring coil mattresses in the apartment (which is inconsistent with the foam mattress you mentioned). There is a garage on our block but it is a few doors down... so we definitely do not share a wall. And that particular garage does not have a chime at entry (I know this because I have used it many time when I cannot find free on street parking). Two out of the three bedrooms face the back and they are all super quiet. If a mistake has been made I would appreciate it if you can rescind this review thank you and god bless.

Fantastic, spacious place!

Wonderful lay out, just as described. Easily sleeps 8, especially if 2 are kids. Great neighborhood, subway right there! Can't wait to go back!

Stay here! Super spacious and clean.

We had a great stay at our Upper East Side condo. As stated -conveniently located 1 block from the subway station with CVS right on the same corner, to run in for items we forgot (umbrellas, hand sanitizer and snacks etc). Owner Jennifer and her property manager,Nick were great to work with. In NYC for daughter's off-Broadway show, and her friends stayed in Soho in a shoe box for more money. Will definitely stay here again !

Planning a return Trip already

The condo was roomy, very comfortable for six adults and two children, and very quiet. We had easy access to two Subway lines, the Q and 6th which took us to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The area had every thing you could need within a three block walking distance. We really loved Nick's to eat dinner at, good flavorful food, good prices, plan to share, there will be more than enough. When we needed something our housekeeper Nick was right there with it. Two words of advice, Jennifer is a slow to response but you will hear from the closer you get to your arrival and the front bedroom is bright in the morning so put the early risers in that room.

We are talking about when we will come back and we want to rent this condo again.

Good space in convenient location

I was visiting NYC with family (wife, 5 and 8 y/o boys, and mom). Space worked very well for our group. 1 block to subway was great, a few nice parks in area, and well furnished (except could use a little more window coverage in 2 twin bedroom. I would definitely recommend for similar size group.
