Our luxurious townhome has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and more than 1600 square feet of living space. It features a wonderful view of the fresh water swimming pool. Our outside screened-in patio allows private relaxation in our lush garden setting, right next to the pool. Finished with granite tops and maple cabinets, the brand new kitchen is a delight! The master bedroom is quite large, offering high ceilings with a bit of extra space. Each of the baths has granite tops and modern finishes. The home has five ceiling fans which offer a pleasantly cool environment. Air conditioning is available at an extra charge, if desired.

One of the best features of our townhome is our location. It takes about five minutes to walk to beautiful Grace Bay Beach! (~500 yards). The heart of the Grace Bay tourism area is a half block away! We have everything you need to enjoy this sunny island paradise within walking distance: the beach, grocery store, shops, activities and restaurants! There are small cafes and gourmet restaurants. There are elegant restaurants on the beach. There are ice cream shops and bakeries. We have novelty stores and boutiques. We have tour excursion vendors, bike rental shops and dive shops. Even with everything so close by, we are situated on a private street, Sunshine Crescent, so we retire to our quiet environment.

Please note that we now have more than one townhome available. Please check with us about other availability. Each townhome has the same floorplan and the same amenities. Furnishings are similar in each home. Each faces the pool and has a large screened in patio.

You don’t need to rent a car while staying at Grace Bay Townhomes, but if you want to tour the island a bit, it is a good idea.

We will greet you at the villa just after your plane arrives and personally answer your questions and help get you oriented! Please check with us about your individual needs and desires! Although the calendar is automatically marked when a reservation is made through the Homeaway/VRBO system, we do have past guests for whom we mark the calendar ourselves. We do not want to disappoint anyone if we have inadvertently missed marking the calendar herein.

Every effort is made to offer early check ins. However, completion of housekeeping depends greatly upon the condition in which the group departing on the same day leaves the villa. Our guests are typically quite respectful and they do leave things as they have found them.

10:00 am Check-out (Housekeeping begins at 9:30 am).

AIR CONDITIONING Estimate: Guests are charged $0.75/kwhr used, a rate which is a based on our historic costs. Our townhome has a sub-meter which measures usage for AC specifically. During the last year, our conservative guests who used AC, set the thermostat on 85 degrees when no one was present in the home and on 78-80 degrees for sleeping. They spent $113 on average, with a range of $50 to $237 for a week. Two guest groups spent $350 for a week. It is important for people to understand the effect of running the air conditioning all the time. The majority of our guests did not use AC at all. Electricity on island is considerably more expensive than on the mainland.

NOTE about CHANGEOVER DAY: We prefer non-Saturday changeover days. Although we will not turn away Saturday arrivals, check in may be a bit later than 3-4 pm, depending upon our day's schedule elsewhere. Our townhomes typically rent for seven night periods, but we are flexible with last minute availabilities. Please contact us directly.

Scott and Dana Jurak have been coming to Provo since 2002 and they have lived here for almost the entire time. They own and operate Crystal Sands Villa, Coconut Beach Villa and Grace Bay Townhomes. Both feel that they have never had a better job experience!

The living room has comfortable seating in a great room environment. The inside dining room can seat four comfortably, although most of our guests prefer the outside table. The townhome is strictly NO SMOKING. The developer does not allow smoking outside on the grounds, nor do we allow smoking in our home. For a great vacation experience, Grace Bay Townhomes is located in the heart of the most desired Grace Bay area. Come visit and see for yourself! Email is our preferred contact method, since we are not always available at the phone during the day.

Incredible stay in the heart of Grace Bay!

We had the pleasure of staying at Grace Bay Townhomes last month. This place is amazing… everything that was advertised and so much more! So many amenities and little touches that provided us all the comforts of home. And the location is wonderful… within easy walking distance of the Gourmet IGA, Grace Bay resorts, restaurants, and shopping…. and of course, beautiful Grace Bay Beach. There were three of us that shared two bedrooms, and there was plenty of room for us all. The townhouse is decorated beautifully, modern appliances, wifi, and there is a shared pool on the property. The week we were there, we had the entire pool to ourselves! We ate at Chopstix, Cocovan, Bella Luna, and Mr. Groupers… all great meals. Dana and Scott were absolutely wonderful hosts. We look forward to seeing them again on our next visit! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Grace Bay Townhomes to anyone looking for their piece of paradise close to the beach and close to all the attractions that Grace Bay has to offer.

Great location and very attentive owners.

Location was amazing - walking distance to beach, great restaurants and shopping including a great grocery store. Pool was great - nice and peaceful. Islands are beautiful, people are nice, and incredibly welcoming - would definitely return.

Everything excellent!

Less than 2 months after 2 powerful hurricanes hit the islands, yet you'd never know it at this beautiful townhouse or the vacation area. Everything was spotless clean and in working order. Easy access to beach and supermarket and some restaurants. Excited to come back and stay!

We did not get to visit as of yet due to Hurricane Irma. We are waiting to hear from Dana on our new requested dates. Dana has been very responsive in the midst of the storm and without power as much as can be.

Excellent vacation!

The townhouse was lovely - clean and bright! The boys loved the pool and spent a lot of the "home" time in it. The whole townhouse complex is beautiful and very peaceful. Very well kept grounds too. The road into the complex was a bit rough but then we discovered that most of the roads in TCI are bare coral - at least the ones that we travelled ;). We did not walk to the beach at all as we had rented a car and found our favorite access point was down the coast at Ricky's Flamingo restaurant. We toured pretty much the whole island over the course of the week and took a half day snorkelling trip with Dream Tours. We only ate out a few times preferring to prepare our own meals at the townhouse. The kitchen was well equipped and we also used the BBQ a lot. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend staying at these townhouses. It will save you a lot of money on a very expensive island yet give you the quality of accommodation you would find in higher end resorts. Thanks Dana and Scott!

Spent two wonderful weeks at Grace Bay Town homes in beautiful Turks and Caicos. The town home was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy sitting area and private screened in patio overlooking the lush gardens and pool. There is a communal gas bbq by the pool which we used every night. We spent the majority of our time on the deck enjoying the refreshing breeze. Air conditioning is not included but we found we only needed it at night as the unit has many ceiling fans.

The townhome is close to Grace Bay beach, approx a 10 minute walk and to Salt Mills shopping area. There is an IGA close to the townhouse but it is very pricey. No different from other Caribbean Islands. We bought our meats, cheese and veggies there but if you have a car head to Cash and Carry or Sunny's, these are where the locals shop and the prices are far more reasonable.

A car is not necessary but we did rent a car from Grace Bay rentals for our 2 week stay as we like the freedom to explore various beaches and different parts of the Island.

Our favourite beaches were Leeward beach, nice and quiet and conch shells are everywhere. Coral Gardens has a protected reef with great snorkeling. We swam with stingrays, turtles and saw beautiful tropical fish.

Our hosts Scott and Dana were amazing, Very friendly making sure we were having a great time. They provided us with a cell phone during our stay was extremely helpful.

I highly recommend Grace Bay town homes, it is like having your own little piece of paradise away from home.
