About the property

2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 4, Large outside patio near swimming pool!

Our luxurious townhome has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and more than 1600 square feet of living space. It features a wonderful view of the fresh water swimming pool. Our outside screened-in patio allows private relaxation in our lush garden setting, right next to the pool. Finished with granite tops and maple cabinets, the brand new kitchen is a delight! The master bedroom is quite large, offering high ceilings with a bit of extra space. Each of the baths has granite tops and modern finishes. The home has five ceiling fans which offer a pleasantly cool environment. Air conditioning is available at an extra charge, if desired.

One of the best features of our townhome is our location. It takes about five minutes to walk to beautiful Grace Bay Beach! (~500 yards). The heart of the Grace Bay tourism area is a half block away! We have everything you need to enjoy this sunny island paradise within walking distance: the beach, grocery store, shops, activities and restaurants! There are small cafes and gourmet restaurants. There are elegant restaurants on the beach. There are ice cream shops and bakeries. We have novelty stores and boutiques. We have tour excursion vendors, bike rental shops and dive shops. Even with everything so close by, we are situated on a private street, Sunshine Crescent, so we retire to our quiet environment.

Please note that we now have more than one townhome available. Please check with us about other availability. Each townhome has the same floorplan and the same amenities. Furnishings are similar in each home. Each faces the pool and has a large screened in patio.

You don’t need to rent a car while staying at Grace Bay Townhomes, but if you want to tour the island a bit, it is a good idea.

Although the calendar is automatically marked when a reservation is made through the Homeaway/VRBO system, we do have past guests for whom we mark the calendar ourselves. We do not want to disappoint anyone if we have inadvertently missed marking the calendar herein.

We do require our own completed reservation form and the deposit prior to confirming a reservation, regardless of what the Homeaway/VRBO generated correspondence indicates.

Every effort is made to offer early check ins. However, completion of housekeeping depends greatly upon the condition in which the group departing on the same day leaves the villa. Our guests are typically quite respectful and they do leave things as they have found them.

10:00 am Check-out (Housekeeping begins at 9:30 am).

NOTE about AIR CONDITIONING: Electricity on island is considerably more expensive than on the mainland. During the last year, our conservative guests who used AC, set the thermostat on 85 degrees when no one was present in the home and on 78-80 degrees for sleeping. They spent on average $113, with a range of $50 to $237 for a week. Two guest groups left the AC on full blast for the entire week and they spent $350 for a week. The majority of our guests did not use AC at all. Our townhome has a sub-meter which measures usage for AC specifically. Guests are charged $0.75/kwhr used, a rate which is a based on our historic costs.

NOTE about CHANGEOVER DAY: We prefer non-Saturday changeover days. Although we will not turn away Saturday arrivals, check in may be a bit later than 3-4 pm, depending upon our day's schedule elsewhere. Our townhomes typically rent for seven night periods, but we are flexible with last minute availabilities. Please contact us directly.

About Dana & Scott

Scott and Dana Jurak have been coming to Provo since 2002 and they have lived here for almost the entire time. They own and operate Crystal Sands Villa, Coconut Beach Villa and Grace Bay Townhomes. Both feel that they have never had a better job experience!

Value for Money, Excellent Location

Our family of four enjoyed a very pleasant week at the condo. The condo itself was equipped with everything we needed, was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. We used the air conditioning sparingly and took advantage of the nice breezes that cooled the apartment down at night. The pool area is small but nice, surrounded by a nice garden and supplied with loungers. The screened in porch is a nice feature. We had a few minor issues that were tended to quickly by Dana & Scott. The location is fantastic. The beach is a 5 min walk down a safe path that meets the beach near the Seven Stars resort. Its within easy walking distance of restaurants and a very well stocked grocery store. We were lucky that our apartment A3 had some beach chairs and a large umbrella that we took to the beach with us. I believe not all the apartments have umbrellas & chairs as understandably they do not always get taken care of properly by guests. Otherwise, it is unlikely you can rent umbrellas & loungers at the beach as they are all supplied by the large resorts on the beach and they prefer to have them for their paying guests. We rented a car and used it to drive to a snorkelling & kayaking adventure, but could have easily done without one. There is parking at the apt. Compared to the prices of most resorts and condos in the Grace Bay area, this apartment is excellent value.

Very Comfortable and Affordable

This condo is located in an excellent spot near Grace Bay beach. It is very affordable and comfortable and the price is reasonable for the location. It is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We spent most of the time out and about, boating, fishing, snorkeling, and jet skiing. We recommend having a car if you are active. Taxis are expensive. The pool was simple but clean. The screened in porch was nice.

perfect location!

short walk to everything we needed but far enough from Grace Bay Rd and Leeward Highway to avoid any noise. beach access trail passes Dive Provo dive shop so we had little reason to rent a car. cab fare from airport of $17.50 per person can be close to cost of a car for a day, so worthwhile to rent for a day or two on either end of the trip. no extra charge to rent at Grace Bar Car Rental office a couple blocks from townhome and return car to airport.

Fantastic resting 16 nights!

Me and my husband flew all the way from Sweden to enjoy these weeks at TCI. The days were almost all sunny, a nice breeze and a very nice living at Grace Bay Town Homes. The apt was spacious, confortable and felt just perfect. We ate many evenings at home. The kitchen was quite good for cooking for 2 people. We were lucky with quiet neighbors so nights were extremely silent. We did wonderful snorkelling at the Bight Reef. Dana the owner was wellcoming and took very much care of us, whenever we needed.

Finally, to have a car is good but not absolutely needed if you are not a beach and restaurant explorer!

This was a dream holiday! It was more than we expected! The beach was our highlite as the water was so warm, the restraunts were amazing, location was perfect and Dana and Scott we very gracious to us. Their home was beautiful and had a very comfy bed. Thank you Dana and Scott we will come back!

Absolute Oasis

From the moment we. contacted Dana until we left for the airport home, the service was first class. The home is spotless and has every modern amenity you could hope for. Smack dab in the middle of the Grace Beach area, it was the perfect location to visit all of Turks & Caicos. We traveled to a different beach almost every day and used the house chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and coolers to enjoy the stunning vistas all around the island. You are a walk to the bar and the grocery store and there are some lovely restaurants in the area. We took Dana's recommendations for places to visit and eat and we're pleased with the results. The swimming pool was a welcome sight at the end of every evening with a show of stars we never have the opportunity to witness here in Toronto. I cannot wait to visit again, and would encourage anyone to enjoy all Grace Bay Townhomes has to offer! Loved it, Nicky and Steven

The living room has comfortable seating in a great room environment. The inside dining room can seat four comfortably, although most of our guests prefer the outside table. The townhome is strictly NO SMOKING. The developer does not allow smoking outside on the grounds, nor do we allow smoking in our home. For a great vacation experience, Grace Bay Townhomes is located in the heart of the most desired Grace Bay area. Come visit and see for yourself!
