Our luxurious townhome has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and more than 1600 square feet of living space. It features a wonderful view of the fresh water swimming pool. Our outside screened-in patio allows private relaxation in our lush garden setting, right next to the pool. Finished with granite tops and maple cabinets, the brand new kitchen is a delight! The master bedroom is quite large, offering high ceilings with a bit of extra space. Each of the baths has granite tops and modern finishes. The home has five ceiling fans which offer a pleasantly cool environment. Air conditioning is available at an extra charge, if desired.
One of the best features of our townhome is our location. It takes about five minutes to walk to beautiful Grace Bay Beach! (~500 yards). The heart of the Grace Bay tourism area is a half block away! We have everything you need to enjoy this sunny island paradise within walking distance: the beach, grocery store, shops, activities and restaurants! There are small cafes and gourmet restaurants. There are elegant restaurants on the beach. There are ice cream shops and bakeries. We have novelty stores and boutiques. We have tour excursion vendors, bike rental shops and dive shops. Even with everything so close by, we are situated on a private street, Sunshine Crescent, so we retire to our quiet environment.
Please note that we now have more than one townhome available. Please check with us about other availability. Each townhome has the same floorplan and the same amenities. Furnishings are similar in each home. Each faces the pool and has a large screened in patio.
You don’t need to rent a car while staying at Grace Bay Townhomes, but if you want to tour the island a bit, it is a good idea.

4 people per townhome. Couple’s specials apply to 2 people. There is an additional charge for extra people. No charge for one infant under 1 year of age. All humans count as people. There is a $150 additional charge for Saturday arrivals. For those arriving non-Saturday, we will credit back the charge, since the Homeaway system does not have the ability to separate it from the total. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
4:00 pm Check-in. Every effort is made to offer early check-ins. However, completion of housekeeping depends greatly upon the condition in which the group departing on the same day leaves the villa. Our guests are typically quite respectful and they do leave things as they have found them. 10:00 am Check-out. (Housekeeping begins at 9:30 am).
AIR CONDITIONING Estimate: Guests are charged $0.75/kwhr used, a rate which is a based on our historic costs. Our townhome has a sub-meter which measures usage for AC specifically. During the last year, our conservative guests who used AC, set the thermostat on 85 degrees when no one was present in the home and on 78-80 degrees for sleeping. They spent $113 on average, with a range of $50 to $237 for a week. Two guest groups spent $350 for a week. It is important for people to understand the effect of running the air conditioning all the time. The majority of our guests did not use AC at all. Electricity on island is considerably more expensive than on the mainland.
NOTE about CHANGEOVER DAY: We prefer non-Saturday changeover days. Although we will not turn away Saturday arrivals, check in may be a bit later than 3-4 pm, depending upon our day's schedule elsewhere. Our townhomes typically rent for seven night periods, but we are flexible with last minute availabilities. Please contact us directly.

NOTE about CANCELLATION: We do have a cancellation fee if a reservation is cancelled prior to 90 days before arrival. We offer no refunds within 90 days of arrival. We STRONGLY recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance available from large, reputable insurance companies for anyone who has any reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travelers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot. You MUST have insurance in order to obtain a refund for any reason.
