Why donna andrews chose Naples

I bought this property in March 2013 and have spent this time getting it rental ready so you have a great place to come to. I chose this in town Naples location because there is so much to do!

I really don't know a better place to live!!! Naples has everything and I can not imagine not being near the beach. EVER.

What makes this condo unique

I chose this condo because of the convenient location and the amenities. Really - where have you ever heard of FREE GOLF??? 6 Heated pools- and I love to swim. Plus I chose it because the entire High Point Country Club complex is so well maintained. The owners really take pride and love their homes. It has a good 'feel'. So when this bright corner unit came up - I jumped on it!

Guestbook comments from the manager

Location in Naples is terrific. It’s very easy to get around from there.

2) Free golf. I played almost every day.

3) Comfy bed. It was perfect. Much better than my one at home.

4) Well appointed. Kitchen was complete.

5) Great interior decorations. My wife is a very accomplished interior decorator and she gives you very high marks for the furnishings.

Lovely property, great location.

  • 5 of 5

Our month long stay was everything we were looking for and then some. When we arrived, we were extremely pleased to find the condo was very nicely furnished and spotless. We felt that the owner had taken extra steps to decorate it in a very welcoming way. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bedrooms and baths. The property surrounds a fun par 3 golf course, the pools are beautiful and everyone was so friendly. Another plus is its close proximity to all of Naples best places to visit. We have been coming to Naples for 34 years and this is truly one of its hidden gems.

Wonderful Naples condo.

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Donna's condo for the month of March 2016. We usually stay in hotels when travelling and this was the first time renting a condo. Donna made the experience a breeze. We simply loved our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary to make a great meal. The condo is perfectly situated to catch the breezes off the Gulf. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is also within walking distance to several great restaurants and very close to beaches and downtown. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Owner's Response: So glad you are coming back! Yea! And thank you for the lovely review. I concur on great location. There really is no other country club downtown with condos. MUCH LESS FREE GOLF. There are plenty of country clubs in Naples but with all of them you must get in your car for everything. High Point you walk 1 block for your morning paper. A few more for great restaurants. Have I mentioned Nemo's yet? And their miso sea bass? Oh, my. Bike to beach, shopping and MORE restaurants. I truly feel High Point Country Club is an undiscovered pearl. And you don't have to dive for it. It's easy to find and easy to rent! Thanks again for considering this vacation rental, Donna

I was really happy in wonderful and beautiful Naples.

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our stay in Donna’s condo in November 2015. Naples is a wonderful place, cute, clean, flowerily. Beaches cannot be better. We loved to watch sunset from the renovated pier. We saw manatees, dolphins and big fishes and sunset is different every day. There are many places to stroll. Shop and eat such Venetian Bay, waterside open-air mall, Mercato and of course 5th avenue. All located just minutes away.

Condo is nice and neat. At first it felt a little bit too small because we used to live in bigger place, but we quickly adjusted. Beds are really comfy. Kitchen is equipped with everything. I mean – everything. I have less stuff at my own kitchen. Smart TV gives ability to stream your favorite shows and movies. Internet is fast and reliable. Washer and dryer are new and sophisticated. All the appliances and equipment worked fine. We had no problems during our stay. But even if we had I am sure Donna would fix it in no time. She let us know that she was always available and never bothered us with visits or calls giving us plenty of privacy. High point is a nice community, beautifully surrounded by tropical plants and flowers with pretty white buildings and golf field in the middle. Association provides free golf and nice club house which we didn’t use much because we are not golfers and not very social, but I am sure other people will enjoy.

It’s easy for me to recommend Donna’s condo because I was really happy there.

Owner's Response: As always- I appreciate the fact that my lovely guests take the time in their busy lives to write a review. Many like these guests rent for a month or more, fall in love with Naples, and buy a property of their own. Renting the condo gives a guest plenty of time to get to know Naples and see where they would like to purchase a second or primary residence. Plus I always learn something from everyone! Turns out the large TV in the living room is a smart TV. I did not know that! Yea! I love her review of the condo itself because everything that is needed is there and if not there - I can get it from storage. My present guests prefer non- stick pans to stainless steel set. No problem! I have it. And I loved review ofthe condo's central location. It literally is just MINUTES to beach and wildlife, great shopping, restaurants, and parks. Again, many thanks for review! Am really enjoying my stay. Weather warm but I guess the good part of that is the pools are perfect and the gulf water excellent temperature for swimming. Enjoying the pelicans and shore birds at the beach.

Good place to relax

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed the pools and grilling out right there poolside. I am a big reader and the club house has huge room devoted to lending library which is stocked with current and interesting books so I was in heaven. Almost the only time we left was for groceries which was a treat because near by gourmet food can found in 2 Italian delis(delicious and fresh pastries), 1 European grocery (with all kinds of interesting foods), Fresh Market, seafood market(local seafood), Loves Chocolates(gourmet)- all within a mile. At home its half hour ride to Kroger! I got spoiled. There are so many great restaurants but we enjoyed cooking in and eating on the lanai. Next time need to get to the beach.

Owner's Response: So glad they enjoyed some of the many amenities! One additional thought- if guests don't feel like leaving the property to go to restaurants - and don't feel like cooking- there are delivery services besides the usual pizza and Chinese sites. This service will deliver from the chains to the fine restaurants. These lovely guests are right. Naples does get you spoiled!!!

Great location great complex great apt

  • 5 of 5

The wife and I have been coming to Naples for years but never stayed at High Point before. We have lots of friends and family in the area so while the grandkids were in school we took advantage of the free activities at the clubhouse- golf, bridge, rummicube... On weekends the whole bunch of us did Everglades National Park, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Botanical Gardens. Grandkids love all the movie theaters in the area but their favorites are the Silver Spot and Prado where they serve dinner while you watch a movie. All the theaters have senior discounts and matinees so wife and I did lots of movies on our own. The wife was real happy with how clean the place is and how nice the owner was. We rented inside units in condo before that have no windows on side walls that feel like dark tunnel. But found this corner unit has nice open feel to it. Nice surprise. We look forward to returning.

Owner's Response: As the owner it's always interesting to hear what guests do during their stay. While doing an Everglades National Park day there are so many options. From tour boat rides, to walking board walks, to renting canoe, guided nature walks... While in the area it's fun to take advantage of the many local seafood restaurants in old Everglades City and Goodland island. Food is fresh and ambiance is island casual. One of my favorite things to do at Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary - besides the fabulous 2 mile long boardwalk thru the swamp- is the evening walks. Can have guided walk or on your own to hear animal calls and swamp wild life in the dark. Can view the stars and planets with ranger's telescope. Very special places.
