This house has a great floor plan and many possibilities. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood in a fabulous location. Unfortunately from our stand point, it has been somewhat neglected, not maintained and in need of deep cleaning and an update. The master bath has been totally redone and is beautiful. The kitchen has mold around the sink and was not thoroughly clean, although is very well stocked with equipment. The carpeting throughout the house is stained, filthy and basically should be torn out and replaced. When we arrived the house was filled with huge flies everywhere and we had to call the property manager to come over. The wood on the front entry steps, as well as the outside seating area, is rotten through and is a hazard. There is a great jacuzzi on the lower deck, but was not in operation so we had to make another call for repair. There is a grill on this deck which is nice, but no outside light on this deck to see at night. The room designated in the pictures as "seating room"(off downstairs deck) is dark, musty and smells like mildew. The Florida room or porch with sliding glass doors has cobwebs, dead flies, beetles and wasps between the screens and doors. The house should be power washed. I could go on, but the bottom line is that the owners have let things slide and the rent is much too high for the condition of the property. If I would make a recommendation, I would certainly make the renter aware.
