Unique location! This is an end unit condo is located across from rotary park, were you are steps away form the river walk along the bank of the Colorado river. Every window has a view! You will have use of the one car garage with it's own laundry facilities. The garage is wide enough to accommodate a small jet-ski trailer. Larger trailers and tall boats may not fit. Directly across the street from Rotary Park. Rotary park has many activities including a remote control airplane runway. Watch the remote control airplanes fly from the living room window. Go for a morning walk along the Colorado river walk. Launch your jet skis. There is a very nice public boat launch in the park.Feel safe because there is a police station located in rotary park.Being close to the i 40 and the i 95, make bullhead city ideal as a home base to discover all the northwest AZ and southern Nevada have to offer. It is 30 minutes to historic Oatman AZ. It is a two hour drive to the west rim of the grand canyon. It is 90 minutes to Las Vegas and about an hour from the hoover dam.The condo is located close to jet ski rentals, ATV rentals and many off-reading trails.
This condo is at the end of the River Regatta. You don't get a property closer to the Regatta. Walk to the buses to the launch and walk to the condo when you get out of the water. Ideal!

We are a family of 4. We use this condo to play on the river in the summer. We live in Southern California.
This condo is ideal for the traveler who likes to go for walks and enjoys open spaces. This condo is in a nice area and close to everything. Take a walk to the river or just enjoy the views. It is an end unit with wide open space all around. If you are coming for the Regatta you can't get a more convenient condo. It is steps away from the end of the Regatta and where all the action is.
This end unit Condo is perfectly situated to be close to everything in town. It is steps from the Colorado River and shopping. Just minutes away from the Laughlin Casinos. It is across the street from Rotary Park. This park has many amenities including a boat launch, a police station, RC plane runway and soccer and softball fields. The river walk is steps away, so that you may go on a nice morning or evening walk along the river. Use this condo as a base to enjoy the Colorado River and all Western Arizona and Southern Nevada have to offer.
My family of 4 really enjoyed this cute little condo for our vacation. It was the perfect size for us. Very clean and had everything we needed. It was so close to a great park and the river. A lot of stores and necessities nearby. I would definitely stay here again!
Highly recommend! This is my first time using the website. A friend told me about her positive experience that I decided to check it out. My oldest sons’ team played the 5th Annual River Daze Tournament! It was at Rotary Park. While everyone else was hassling at the hotels in Laughlin, we drove up to the condo and settle right in. It was our HOME for the weekend. It had everything I needed. The best part was walking across the street to the park for soccer games. No hassling to park. The condo provided a garage where I could park my van. I rented a dodge grand caravan for this trip so it was a bit to maneuver to get the van in the garage. Once I parked, it really didn’t move all weekend until we left on Sunday afternoon. The weather was in the 80’s during the weekend. We also got to walk across the street and jump in to the Colorado River for a quick dip. The sunsets were beautiful. To our surprise there was a small patio between the garage and condo. It was great to sit in the shade and eat our lunch. Rooms are very spacious. There was a long break during the soccer games so the other players came to relax and watch TV waiting for the next game to start. One last thing, Jamie is great. I received a text message the Friday night to make sure my family and I settled in. It was very sweet and just wants to say we loved it! I plan on renting again in the future.
We stayed for the month of February and enjoyed it very much. It is an excellent location and is close to shopping, grocery stores and Laughlin, Nv for going to performances in the hotels across the river. The unit was very clean and very spacious. We found the bed in the master bedroom to be too soft for us. It is situated on the corner of a busy street. It is across the street from a park and walking trails. Great accommodations and if we were to stay in Bullhead City again, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!
This end unit condo was easy to locate and access, and it was perfect for our weekend getaway to the Laughlin River Run! The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was large, with a private balcony, and the bed was cozy and comfortable. I was excited to find a blow dryer in the bathroom after discovering I had forgotten mine. The owner was friendly, easy to coordinate/communicate with and very responsive and accommodating to our specific needs. Even though we were only there for two days, this was a place we could have stayed for a while. I would stay in this home again and would recommend it to others needing a place to stay in Bullhead City.
