This 3 bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with elevator. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests and is 115m2.
The apartment is owned by a celebrated interior designer from Paris. Guests will marvel at the mix of antique and modern with liberal use of colors and textures.
Please note that for larger groups, Apartment Palestro II can be rented with Apartment Palestro I , both in the same building. Apartment Palestro can accommodate up to 7 guests.
The living room is spacious and bright with sofas, and chairs which invite you to sit down and relax after a day of discovering Paris. There is a sofa bed in the living room if there are 7 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and is the perfect space to prepare your meals. There is a table in the kitchen for dining. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and a separate toilet.
The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated and each celebrates life in its own way with use of colors and decorations. There is a king size bed, queen size bed and two twins or a queen upon request.

Sunny, unique apartment that felt like home
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for one month and absolutely loved it. It truly became a home, and we were sorry to leave it. It's a warm and charming apartment. We went into it knowing that it was an "arty" place, with somewhat unusual decorations and art. We loved the funky furnishings. Everything was clean and comfortable,and since we stayed a month, someone came to clean once a week. We had enough dishes and glasses, and the appliances worked well. We were expecting a dryer, since the listing said there would be one, but got a "drying rack" instead, which worked fine. The white linens and towels were clean and high quality. This apartment is large, with three large bedrooms. The beds are comfortable futon mattresses. The listing doesn't show a photo of the second bathroom; it is a small room off one of the bedrooms with a small shower and sink. The other bathroom is very large. Another thing the listing doesn't mention is perhaps the apartment's BEST amenity: a lovely balcony. It stretches the width of the apartment and is big enough for chairs. This apartment is on the 5th floor French/6th floor American. The elevator was very dependable, so the height was a real plus because it's above street-level noise. The apartment is located on a quiet street, but during the day there is a lot of noise from the construction/rehabs going on around the neighborhood. However, at night, it is very quiet. The neighborhood seems to be an up-and-coming one, with unoccupied stores and lots of construction. Rue St. Denis, one block away, was a former red light district and today one can still see the vestiges. But these peep shows and "sex shops" co-exist with great restaurants and bars, and nobody hassles you. This address is one half block from the Reamur-Sebastopol Metro stop. The management (we communicated with Charlie and Regina) is great; very responsive.
