Our first impression was, "Wow, it's so clean!" We absolutely loved the layout of this house. Although it was more house than my husband and I needed, we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy in the back pool area, which is why we picked this home. We've stayed in pool homes, in Orlando, before and who wants the look at 10 neighbors surrounding you? Not us!! And this home was perfect!
Did have some issues with our stay but Loyalty Vacations addressed them rather quickly. Well, all but one...the pool table still needs to be fixed before it collapses. But that was NOT a major deal. We easily worked around it. There were also several items needed to make it better...for example, big frying pan (small, shallow, warped one needs to be thrown out), casserole pan, cookie sheet, etc. We had no way of reheating pizza in the oven. Definitely needs a new vacuum... that one stunk so bad, I didn't even want to turn it on to use it. Or supply some vacuum scents. Master bedroom definitely needs a better mattress where you don't feel the springs at every turn.
Some big positives... we LOVED the amount of towels/pool towels available, the sheets on the Master bed were so comfortable, loved the comfort of the couches, the location, and the privacy.
We would absolutely stay here again. It was a pleasure to work with Loyalty Vacation. Thanks for everything.
My family and I stayed here for spring break and we were very happy with the house. The proximity to the Disney parks was amazing. We have stayed on Disney property many times and honestly felt the time it took to get from the parks to the house was comparable to drive time to many of the Disney resorts. On the days when we weren't in the parks, there were plenty of other activities in close proximity.
The house was very nice and accommodated our entire family with room for everyone to spread out. Our kids loved the movie room and the pool particularly. We really enjoyed the kitchen, and it had all of the amenities we needed. We also really liked the quiet cup-de-sac that cut down on traffic and noise. The only noise that really bothered us the entire time we were there was the lawn service mowing outside our bedroom windows at 8:00 a.m. on our last day of vacation.
This really is a wonderful house, but it is in need of some updates. The master bath is spacious and has everything you could need, but the cabinetry is older and in need of updating. Several issues in the house have just been covered up instead of repaired. The kitchen counter top has been painted, which makes it difficult to use. The carpet is stained in several places, and the laminate floor was loose in a few places making it a trip hazard.
As I said, we really enjoyed the house, particularly for its proximity to Disney and for the pool area. However, in the interest of honesty, we wanted other renters to be aware that this is a comfortable, homey property, but not a pristine one.
This is a great floor plan for two families, or extended families to use. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on one side of the house, the living areas in the middle, and then another bath and two bedrooms on the opposite side. This worked well for us as my in-laws stayed with us for a couple of days and had plenty of room so the kids didn't disturb them at all. We were pleased with the Loyalty company, the payment process, and the available amenities. We would definitely stay with them again.
