I believe life is about good memories; I traveled all over the USA, UK, Africa, Bahamas and Jamaica.

What attracts me to Seacastles the most, are the Ocean, 24-hours security guards, spectacular view from the apartment, lovely swimming pool, affordable Bar, peaceful, magical atmosphere and friendly people.

I love to relax at the pool sipping wine or just reading a book. The people are so helpful. Each apartment is privately owned. I am happy to share this lovely vacation home with all my guests!

SeaCastles located in Rose Hall, Close to Palmyra, the Hilton, half Moon and Iberostar. SeaCastles is easy access to Montego Bay and Falmouth. It’s Approximately 15 minutes’ drive to get into town. Getting into SeaCastles will need a car or taxi to go back and forth. It’s a long walk from SeaCastles to the highway to get a taxi. I recommend renting a car or arranging for a local taxi to come and get you at the gate of SeaCastles. The buildings are designed like a beautiful castle and held a lot of memories from the beautiful resort it once were. SeaCastles is a condominium now, I am flabbergasted on the building up keeping, the buildings could use a coat of paint and renovation. Despite the fact that the buildings need a facelift, the ground keepings are beautiful and well kept. Inside the apartment is beautiful and well maintained. I feel safe because of the 24- hour security guards. The fresh sea breezes are beautiful. I love relaxing at the pool sipping a glass of wine from the Bar. The Bar is affordable, right next to the pool, and has the most friendly and helpful bar tenders. The tennis courts also look very enticing and fun.

The Pelican Restaurant - Located on the 'Hip Strip' is Montego Bays place for mouthwatering Jamaican cuisine, Sugar Mill Restaurant-Located at Half Moon in Rose Hall.

Great view, nice rustic hotel. there were problems with water system. Owner is fixing what she can.

Owner was very accommodating with a date change that was out of our control. The place was clean and the view is unbeatable. The property itself is old and in need of repairs but this place was once a happening place. We would stay again.

Great local experience!

Me and my friend stayed at Carol's penthouse for a week. The unit is really clean and the view from the living room and the upstairs balcony is AMAZING! Both Carol and Paulette (the local housekeeper) were really nice and helpful throughout the week. The beach is really close to the condo... We're talking about a 1 minute walk from the unit to the sea. The common areas such as the pool and the local bar (open some nights during the week and every weekend) were really quiet. Every single person we've met on the estate was nice and friendly. The local bar (Rose Bar) tenants and staff were extremely nice and easy-going. Also, if you are looking for a nice walk (or morning run) by the sea, there is a great boardwalk the runs along the coast (about 2 miles).

If you are looking to enjoy a nice and quiet local experience in Jamaica, I strongly recommend to try Carol's place. Renting a car isn't necessary but would make life a bit easier. Local taxis are available from the side of the main road (2 minutes walk from the unit) but they are not extremely reliable and will charge you more money than to local people. We found ways to make our transit cheap, but if I ever go back, I will rent car.

Overall it was a great experience and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the real Jamaica!

Clean and warm feeling from the front door. I will definitely stay here again. Carol is a wonderful owner and her assistant in Jamaica Paulette is a gem!
