The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining table can seat six, and there is a gas fireplace in the living room as well as a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding. Guests can walk to the slopes as well as restaurants, shops, and all that Vail Village has to offer from this beautiful location.
Bedding is as Follows:
- Master suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom
- 2nd bedroom has two full beds and an en suite bathroom
- There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room

Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date.
All cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of all payments received.
Reservations of 7 nights or longer include a mid-week service and linen change. Monthly rentals receive a weekly clean and linen change.
A $500.00 advance deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. Long term reservations require a $1,000.00 advance deposit.
4th of July reservations require a three (3) night minimum stay.
All other reservations require a two (2) night minimum stay.
A non-refundable advance deposit of $1,000.00 is due at the time the reservation is made. Holiday reservations require a $2,000.00 non-refundable deposit.
Christmas and New Year's reservations require a seven (7) night minimum stay.
All other reservations require a four (4) night minimum stay.
Monthly rates are for a minimum of thirty (30) days and no tax is charged on the nightly rate.
