Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Great spot and the house was fantastic. We will be back for sure and our next stay will be a longer one!
The view was excellent, the features of the house are elaborate for a rentable beach house, and the bedroom placement offers mostly ideal privacy. The exception is the bedroom off the kitchen, which is disturbed with kitchen use. The location is confusing to find at first with a tight, winding road. But once you're there, it's beautiful! Take a sharp knife with you, and all the basics such as oil, salt and pepper, if you plan on cooking. We cooked a lot more than I thought and found ourselves needing foil, etc.. Plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, and serving dishes though. Some of the outlets were out, and some light bulbs were missing or flickered, but it was clean, elaborately furnished and decorated. The downstairs bar is great, along with the pool table, but more chairs were needed. The downstairs bedroom runs cold and the upstairs runs warm. That seemed to be the case regardless of opening windows, etc.. Overall, it's a fantastic house and worked well for our group of 4 with a couple friends visiting during the days and evenings.
The house is absolutely breathtaking, ocean view from every room and the furnishings are as beautiful as the pictures show. The bed made for a great nights sleep, the kitchen was well equipped, and lots of fun with the pool table on lower level. All the fireplaces worked and made for cozy times with the storms. We were stunned with the elegance of this place! The only downside for us was the lack of access to the beach. There's a drive to get to the beach access, with a small amount of parking, and not within walking distance unless you're in for a huge hill(s) hike-this would have been an issue to us during the summer season as we usually stay in a home with direct beach access. Other than that-it's one of the most wonderful vacation spots we have stayed in!
This home is stunning. From the moment we walked in the door we were impressed with how beautiful it is. Ocean Luxury is also very comfortable, so much so, that we stayed right there for the entire five days of our vacation. Although it rained almost every day, we did not mind in the least. The home has incredible views from all three floors, so we were happy just to relax and watch the Whales, the storms, the sky, and the waves. If that's not your cup of tea there is plenty else to do. Such as a pool table, lots of good books, two good size TV's, a nice selection of movies, a terrific kitchen if you love to cook, and some fun board games the whole family can play together. The bedrooms are wonderful also, the beds are very comfortable, we slept like rocks every night. The point is, Ocean Luxury is a wonderful home, and we highly recommend staying there.
Can not say enough good about this home. The views are amazing! We were able to watch the whales every day of our week long vacation, found some awesome seashells while walking on the beach, saw some seals and saw some great sunsets. The home is beautiful!. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants to get away, relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean and views from this home. Love how the bedrooms were so separated for privacy if you have multiple couples staying here.
We always come to Lincoln City every year for our Anniversary. This was our 26th and we absolutely loved this property. It was a very enjoyable stay with amazing views along with whale watching from all the decks. Hated to have to leave. ??
