Centrally located Tempe condo is lovely escape for couples or family. Home is excellent place to use as base for daily excursions and recreational activities. Walk to Tempe Marketplace or Mill Avenue shops and restaurants. Golf, paddle boarding at Tempe Town Lake, hiking and biking trails, Chicago Cubs spring training at Riverview and towns of Scottsdale, Gilbert and Mesa are all a short drive from condo. So many places to visit, so much to do! It's exciting to think about the possibilities when you stay here.

Condo is located in quiet, well maintained neighborhood with two community pools (not heated), a hot tub. Home is decorated to be stylish as well as comfortable. Great room has exposed beam, large window, double doors to private balcony and plush seating arranged to view large TV. Well-stocked kitchen is bright with natural light from window and skylights. Kitchen features granite counter tops and has family size appliances to ensure meal and drink preparation is efficient. Close to all that Tempe has to offer. Cozy table has seating for 4 next to kitchen. Private balcony offers additional views and seating for outdoor dining.

Master bedroom features king bed and lots of drawer space. Adjacent bath has dual vanity sinks and separately enclosed commode and tub/shower combination. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and bathroom with enclosed walk-in shower and commode. Laundry room reduces time spent on laundry chores so there is more time for leisure. Ample parking near unit for easy loading and unloading.

Condo offers ideal opportunity to avoid the winter blues! Pretty home in prime location with extraordinary sightseeing and spectacular activities is perfect destination for enjoying warm and wonderful Arizona.

All reservations that exceed a 2 week stay during the months of May through October will incur an electric utility fee. This fee is dependent on the size of the home and amenities. We had a very nice day at the condo. It has a homelike feel to it. It is fully stocked with dishes and cleaning supplies and paper towels etc. The management team was very responsive to a couple of needs that we had and were very easy to work with. They replied promptly. The location of The condo was convenient for many things.

Property Management and Location of the property is the best

I rented this property for an extended period of time and the property managers (special shout out to Paul) of this unit were so friendly and accommodating during the entire length of my stay responding to every issue or request I had very promptly. They truly earned my 5 rating based on the care and concern they showed me during my over 5 month stay.

Having said that, quite honestly the unit is in need of many updates, particularly the carpeting. The big disappointment was the pool, which I never was able to use once because it didn't look as if it were being cleaned or cared for...there was always dirt on the bottom of the pool as well as on the pool furniture. I never seen anyone else there either my whole time there.

But... LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION makes this prime rental property. It is in walking distance to Tempe Marketplace, close to ASU campus, a plethora of shopping and dining choices that you can either walk to or drive to in minutes, close to freeway access and the airport, and my commute to PHX was relatively painless during heavy rush hour times unlike traveling from other locations. This unit is also situated nicely on the property right in front on University Drive with a top floor corner view, which made it nice to sit on the balcony at night watching all the planes flying into the valley at night. Check out Minder Binder restaurant within yards across the street, they have an awesome new secluded patio with Spanish style architecture and bands every Fri and Sat night. I would recommend this property for the location and the great customer service you will get with property management.

Clean, well-equipped, excellent location

This was our second use of the property (both during the April time frame) and once again it did not disappoint. Last year we mention two things that we thought might need improvement (the single beds and the water pressure in the main bathtub)...both were taken care of nicely. This is an unbelievably convenient location for our purposes (golf and lots of it). It is also relatively close to Fry's and any number of shops and eateries. The pool is typically underused by the resident population but I found it to be refreshing cap to each days activities. With any luck we will be back next year.

Terrific Accommodations in Tempe

We had a great 10 day stay in Tempe. This property was clean and roomy. It was located close to restaurants, shopping, parks, entertainment, and our son's apartment near ASU. The entire complex was clean and safe. I had no worries about going for morning walks. The complex seemed to be populated by young people in the later 20's or older. There was absolutely no problem with noise or rowdiness. We're in our 50's and preferred a quieter crowd. We got it. The January weather was a little cool for swimming but we sat out and soaked up some sun in the pool area. The property was well equipped with dishes, linens, comfortable furniture, cable TV, and a nice deck so we had all we needed and all appliances, lights, and locks worked. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is great. Parking space was plentiful for us and visitors. Drawbacks: It is on the road side of a well traveled street so the first night I woke up once due to noise but once I got used to it, no problem. It was a little musty smelling when we moved in. Not sure when the last time people had stayed in it. It was not overpowering and after a day or two we aired it out and it was fine. We would definitely stay here again and plan to on our next visit. We had to pay a damage deposit upfront but they emailed us within 48 hours of our return home that the refund was in the works. That was prompt! We got great customer service during the whole process from reservations to arrival to our return home. This was our first trip using VRBO. What a great experience!

Such Great Value

We usually stay in fancy hotels in Scottsdale. Because our son is attending ASU, we decided to give this condo a try. What an incredible value! You get much more space than a hotel, a separate bedroom for our daughter (with her own full bathroom), a great master BR, and a full kitchen. The location is convenient to ASU, major highways, shopping, etc. The only minor downside is the noise from being on a major street, although this did not bother us in any way. The condo was clean, the management company was very prompt and thorough, you could not hear any noise from adjacent units, and we would recommend this condo to friends and family.
