Winter Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 45 days before arrival will lose one night's deposit. If tenant cancels within 45 days before arrival, the deposit becomes non-refundable and tenant is responsible for 100% of the remaining unpaid reservation revenue.
Non-Winter Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 48 hours will be charged $300. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of reservation amount.
