Cute little row house right next to children’s hospital.

Our niece was having a liver transplant and this location was perfect. It is literally one block away. Had all the essentials and the owners were wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating.

Really livable

  • 5 of 5

The Little Rowhouse worked perfectly for us. I was especially impressed that it was impeccably clean and very well lighted, thanks to track lighting almost everywhere. My son, daughter-in-law and I were in town for a wedding, and other relatives were staying in other VRBOs in Lawrenceville. Unlike some of them, we had a dishwasher, automatic icemaker and a dining room. We were able to host some of them for dinner one night, and there was plenty of room. We ordered takeout, but the large kitchen was functional enough that we could have cooked if we wanted to.

The unit is within walking distance of both Butler and Penn, the two main streets in the neighborhood, so, lots of nearby eateries. I had no trouble finding street parking, thanks to the parking permit Brent and Kim provided, although this suburban girl found it a little scary parallel parking on the [typical of Lawrenceville] narrow street.

My family and I had a really great time staying in this home while on our vacation in Pittsburgh. It was clean, in a great location, and made us feel like we were home. The owners were communicative and helped us with anything we wondered about. Highly recommend!
