This is a FANTASTIC PLACE to stay. My stay was the best 2 weeks of my life. The village was VERY CLEAN and inviting. Location! location! location! I have stayed in a few different locations on the North Shore this is HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE. This village is in the BEST LOCATION . 3 min from a plethora of amazing surf spots. Burt is an FANTASTIC guy! He know everything about this North Shore! His garden is nothing short of AMAZING! The fresh avocados and fruit was amazing. Thanks so much for allowing my family to visit.

This is a fabulous property in a great place. And a very good price.

We received a detailed email describing how to access the property in the week prior to our travel. It was easy to find.

This is a stand alone studio apartment with a detached garage, on the northwest corner of a large lot with 2 buildings. It’s just uphill from the Foodland in Pupukea.

The studio looks like a garage from street. It’s actually quite spacious inside and is very high quality construction. The garage being on the front side of the building makes it very easy to get luggage in.

The bathroom is clean and large with plenty of space on the vanity, and a walk in shower.

The living/sleeping area has a queen size bed, a fold down futon, a twin size bed, and a small flat screen TV.

The only thing the kitchen lacks is an oven. There is a gas cooktop, a microwave, a toaster oven, a toaster, refrigerator with an ice maker, a coffee maker, a blender (a must for making Mai Tais) and a double sink which includes a filtered water spigot. There are an adequate amount of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. There’s a table and chairs for 4.

The garage is large, with sport equipment, (ice chests, masks, fins, grass mats, etc) and a utility sink, which is great for rinsing sand out of swimsuits and reef shoes.

There is an outdoor hot water shower for rinsing off sand and salt.

There are orange trees outside the kitchen window, great for fresh squeezed orange juice. There are numerous other fruit trees on the property, including avocados, bananas and star fruit. Burt encourages guests to avail themselves to any ripe fruit on the lot.

We never met Burt because we were on the go every day.

We have nothing but good things to say about this property. The only ways to improve it would be adding a dresser. There is a shelf in the bathroom and a rack for hanging clothes, but it’s only enough for a couple. A stacked washer/dryer would be nice, but Burt allows guests to use his washer and dryer.

This property is ideal for 2-4 people. We had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed staying on the north shore.

Very Nice

Had a great stay. It was close to our daughter and family. The reason for 4 stars was wish there was a bedroom. Big garage not as neccessary. Would stay again! Loved the tangerines.
