Best place ever!!!
We just spent a wonderful week at Sally and Frank's cottage! It is even better than the photos, with every detail attended to. The inside and outside of the space are very tastefully designed and pleasing to the senses, leading to a very relaxing place to hang your hat. We had absolutely everything that we needed, but I am sure if we did happen to find anything missing, Sally and Frank would surely have gone out of their way to accommodate us. We felt very well taken care of during our stay. If you like to cook your meals as we do, you will definitely appreciate the well-stocked kitchen! We have rented many places over the years and this was absolutely the best equipped kitchen ever! The beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows! The cottage was perfectly located between the town center and Halibut Point State Park. We recommend looking up the Atlantic path, a beautiful, meandering walk along the ocean's edge, just minutes from the cottage. We loved the ocean view from the loveseat inside and from the deck. Check out the swing (for two) in the backyard, which also has an ocean view. Thank you Sally and Frank for a wonderful stay... we will be back!!
Very cute and cosy
I spent three days at Rockport in this nice studio, lovely, cosy and relaxing. A nice walk to the beaches and Rockport town its self. Sally and Frank are great hosts, kind, informative and genuinely down to earth. I’d recommend this property if you are going to visit this area for a few days or longer...... Enjoy !
sweet and quaint
Awesome!! Perfect for two to three people...great location...great town,...lots of things to do and the people who own the property are so accommodating, friendly and thoughtful!!
A Perfect Weekend
We had a fabulous time staying at the Artist's Studio. It had everything we needed: great location (walking distance to town, and to great hiking, and a quick ride to everything in Cape Ann), water views, well furnished and appointed, friendly hosts, and a welcome tray of home-baked cookies! This is at the very top of my list for my next Rockport trip!
This is a gem!
This is a top notch rental for your stay in Rockport! Sally and Francis provide everything you could need with superb attention to detail. They are warm, welcoming but not intrusive. It was immaculate upon arrival! We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the water. It is a short walk into the shops and restaurants in Rockport. The proximity to Halibut State park was a highlight for us as well. We hope to return to this gem someday.
Perfect in every way!
We had a fantastic few-day stay! The property is just perfect. Beautiful view, tasteful yard, wonderfully updated and decorated interior. The bed is super comfy! The kitchen and bath are well equipped. Plenty of space to not feel crowded, yet small enough to make it cozy and quaint. They really have almost everything you could need here. Frank and Sally were so accommodating and welcoming. Sally, thank you for going above and beyond to make us feel taken care of! Close enough to town that you could walk (although for us, with a 7 week old baby, that wasn't an option), but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. We will absolutely be back!
