I am born and raised in Montreal...a true Montrealer at heart!
I absolutely love exploring and discovering my city and new neighborhoods. I enjoy walking and love to walk on Mont Royal (our Central Park), Le Plateau Mont Royal, Old Montreal, Westmount and much more. Love discovering new eateries, bakeries and coffee shops. Would love to help you with great suggestions to almost anything regarding Montreal and can recommend some neat road trips not to far from here as well.
Please do not hesitate to ask.
I want and wish nothing more then for you to have an incredible and memorable time in my city.
That is my goal.
Zoe Tsakonas purchased this house in 2006
I have lived in NDG for 25 years and really enjoy this neighborhood and as well this house.I love all the pretty tree lined street. They were definitely a huge selling point for me. The trees add so much character as do most of the houses in this neighborhood which are at least 100 years old. They have so much charm and are all architecturally unique and built with such detail. I just love old neighborhoods. I hope you enjoy it here as much as I do even if it is only for a few days!
The neighborhood is filled with parks, cafes, restos, different ethic type eateries and bakeries, banks, steps to mass transit, bicycle paths, grocery stores and so much more all within minutes, steps and walking distance from my house.
Great safe and quiet neighborhood to take long or short walks in.
There are many unique features one being that there is no lane. Although I really enjoy walking up and down lanes I prefer not having one myself. Much safer and quieter.
From the master bedroom looking out two large windows the view of the beautiful trees and the moon it's quiet pretty and not to mention the summer breeze that flows through the room. As well the moon lights simply lights up the room.
The very large and bright kitchen with cathedral style windows is another unique feature of the house. There are patio doors that lead to the deck from the kitchen. The kitchen is exceptionally ideal for cooking and hosting large family dinners and entertaining. I hope you enjoy it as well.
My friends and I had such a great time staying here! Zoe had everything we needed throughout the whole house! Such a beautiful house to stay in and the beds were super comfortable. Would love to get to stay here again one day on another trip.
The house is lovely, eclectic, and well-stocked with all the necessities. The neighborhood is quiet, there are great restaurants and groceries nearby, and having a parking space is a real positive! It is so easy to communicate with Zoe, and she really does work hard to make sure everyone is happy during their stay. We will be returning in the spring for sure! Thanks Zoe.
This home is conveniently located, clean and bright. Our team of 6 went to Montreal and felt perfectly at home. The owner communicated very well and wanted us to be comfortable and we were definitely comfortable. The 5 bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks :)
