We've found this to be a great place for all kinds of travelers.

It's a great adult getaway:

Very friendly, usable space. Two living areas, full kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer. Two driveways, one big enough for RV. We have the unique blend of easy driving and parking, while still being close to everything.

Families love it here, too:

TV room has futons that convert to beds. King-size bed in master, queen in 2nd room. Excellent heating and cooling. New Master Cool in May of 2016. Bath is a tub/combo. The backyard is secure and pets OK.

It's also a great long-term business rental:

Walking distance to UNM North Campus: Law School, Med School. Gorgeous, tree-lined neighborhood with wide streets and an old-fashioned feel.

Guests have access to the whole house. Washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, large back yard big enough for parties. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, golf course, 2 parks, jogging and biking trails.

This house has always been kind of a miracle, tucked in a nice, safe, little neighborhood, close to everything yet far enough away to relax.

The large streets and big lots in this established area will provide you with breathing room when you come home from your day.

If you're going to have fun on vacation in Albuquerque, you have to have a car. We're close to the intersection at I-25 and I-40, in an easy-to-drive neighborhood.

Why owner/property manager chose Albuquerque

My wife and I have owned the home for over 20 years, living in it off and on. We're using more space while we have a teenager, so we're living in another house, a few miles away.

What makes this house unique

We've really enjoyed getting to know travelers from around the world through this process. It's fun seeing the different reasons people come to town. We're nearby and we're very responsive. We like it.

Ryils and Pauline were very accommodating. We immediately felt comfortable and at home and the location and neighbourhood were excellent. We were advised prior to accepting this property that wi fi and cable were to be installed, this occurred without incidence. Thank you both for being a part of a memorable visit to Albuquerque.

Cozy house in convenient location

We stayed with our two dogs and infant daughter when we visited Albuquerque to hike and visit breweries. We found the house to be conveniently located between downtown and the Sandia mountains and very close to the trendy Nob Hill neighborhood. The house itself is a little older but it really had everything we needed since we weren't spending much time at the house during our stay.

We Had a Great Stay

The house was in a great location.....quiet area and close to everything. The backyard was very nice, big and private. The house was well cared for and offered plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay at this house again. Thank you!

Great location, great place to stay.

We had a very nice stay this house. It's central location made it very easy to get around town. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to have an extended stay in town. The big backyard and the grill made it easy to have really great BBQ's with our family.

We had a really awesome time in ABQ, I think that it was because of the rental.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the friendliness of the owners. When they heard that a severe thunderstorm had caused some damage to the bathroom ceiling, their greatest concern was to make sure that we were all right and they even offered to move us to another available property!
