This home has been remodeled and upgraded. Nautical decor and updated luxury furnishings. Air conditioning, plantation shutters, corian counters, and jacuzzi tub are just some of the amenities. There are private decks off each bedroom with lounge chairs, adirondacks, and rocking chairs. Plenty of driveway and street parking. Nice landscaping, large yard for games, and an outdoor picnic table dining. Outdoor shower. Weber gas grill.
Walk down to the docks and enjoy the Bay. Wonderful Sunsets!
The Heron Harbour Isle community amenities include two large outdoor pools, kiddie pool, lighted tennis courts (fees and reservations required), open green space, trails, and waterfront piers/docks for walking or enjoying the birds, turtles, crabs, and fish. The quiet side streets are perfect for walking and biking. North OC offers less crowded streets and beach; yet an easy bus ride down to the Boardwalk anytime. This property is very convenient walking distance to events at Northside Park events. It’s a short walk to the beach, food stores, restaurants and shopping. Also nearby is an indoor ice skating rink (at the Carousel Hotel) and Northside Park, a 50+ acre town recreation complex that includes a large playground, ball fields, a gymnasium, picnic areas, jogging paths, exercise trail with equipment stations, a fishing lagoon and a 1/4 mile fishing pier. You can see OC Sunday Fireworks in the Park from our decks if you don't walk over for the festivities.

We were recently in Ocean City for a lacrosse tournament at Northside Park. This house was the perfect location! It was in walking distance or a very quick car ride to Northside Park. We appreciated that the house is set back with very little traffic. The house was clean, well-equipped and comfortable for multiple families with children.
This was one of the best places to stay in ocean city. the house was nice and updated, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and accessories making it easy to stay in and make meals.
120th street is a prime location, close to plenty of restaurants and bars.
The best part of the house is the sunsets, the back deck has the perfect view of the sun going down right over the bay.
Will definitely come back.
This home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away from the main highway and all its traffic. It was perfect for the kids to ride their bikes. My favorite part of the house was the sunset views every night. The bay was absolutely beautiful and we spent a lot of time out on the back deck and even took our family photos there. The beach was close enough to walk or bike to, as were the pools. The pools were beautifully maintained and we enjoyed the less busy atmosphere versus the many people at the beach. There was plenty for us to do in the area. We drove to Assateague and Chincoteague Islands, rented kayaks/paddle boards in the bay, walked the boardwalk (although too crowded for our taste), hung out at the beach, caught some crabs (the highlight for the kids), and put a few miles on our bicycles.
Overall, it was a nice trip and I would recommend this home to anyone, especially if you're looking for a place that's removed from the traffic and crowds.
One more thing worth mentioning, we've rented houses before and this was the first one that had the grill on the third level deck, just off the kitchen/dining room. We found this to be very convenient and it made grilling much more enjoyable, not to mention the gas grill was amazing.

To reserve our home, we require 50% of the rent and all taxes (10.5%) as a down payment. The balance with the security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
