Views, views, views! You will love watching the waves and the sunset over the sandy Gulf beach—one hundred steps away—as well as the boats and the sunrise over the Bay. New and modern throughout, Sans Souci offers two complete units with three bedrooms, two baths each. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private ocean-view balcony, and a 33” tv. The master bathroom offers a Jacuzzi and a walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a 33” tv. The third bedroom has twin beds (on wheels so can be pushed together) and 33” tv. This delightful new construction home has an elevator, complete laundry room, lots of closets and a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious open plan of the kitchen and living room, with its wall of sliding glass doors to the deck, takes full advantage of Sans Souci’s incomparable views. The living room has a 57” tv. High speed wireless internet with the expanded cable package and free long distance call is provided. There is also a gas grill. Located at 102 6th Street South in Bradenton Beach, this beautiful and comfortable beach property is an easy walk to historic Bridge Street with its numerous restaurants and shopping. A new heated swimming pool completes the picture. Units can be rented individually or together for big family gatherings. A new property on the rental market, Sans Souci will book up quickly so reserve your vacation early.

Parking is limited to six vehicles.
RENTAL DOWN PAYMENTS:
This property requires a $1000.00 rental down payment on weekly reservations. Reservations of 28 days or more require a $2000.00 rental down payment. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $40.00 non-refundable reservation fee.
The final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy by personal check. If you choose to put your final balance on your credit card, there is a 3% fee. We can also accept wire transfers. Any bank fees deducted from a payment for a wire transfer are the responsibility of the guest.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: There are two options:
1. You can purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection for $50.00 when making your reservation. More information can be found at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g10vrd
2. You can pay a $1500.00 Security Deposit that will be refunded to you two weeks after you check out and the property is inspected to ensure that no damages have occurred.
Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection for United States residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance offers protection against loss of deposits and rent in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be answered by calling 866-999-4018, or reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website at: www.csatravelprotection.com/certpolicy.do?product=G-330CSA. Waiving (declining) travel insurance is accepted by forwarding your request in writing to Island Vacation Properties within 10 days of receipt of the rental documents. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some landlords require a higher deposit if travel insurance is declined.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
