My family and I had a great time at this resort! The rooms where clean and the manager answer all questions promptly! The only exception was the deck needed a little cleaning but everything else was great! We can't wait to return next year. We also loved the guest book from previous guest but unfortunately forgot to sign. There were buggie boards, board games and coupons. If you are looking for a place to stay this would be it. I hope the owners consider changing the carpet as our asmatic daughter had some issues but we came prepared. Would definitely recommend to future guests!

We arrived at 4 pm that,s when we were supposed to get in room. Guess what, code would not work. We rented through VRBO so hotel managment could not help us so we called number we had in case we had any problems. No one answer phone and they did not call us back. We tried calling 4 times. After trying to get in for 1 hr.code finally worked. Looked nice inside until later at night everyone feet was black I dont mean black from going outside, not a little dirty I mean BLACK. Don't think kitchen had been moped in months. noticed it was a little sticky. This will never happen again. I will rent through Breakers next time. So if something wrong they will correct it then. I will not be sitting in hallway for hour waiting on door to open
Had a great time staying here. We stayed on the 14th floor, which had a great view of the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This was a great choice for a relaxing trip away.
After a rough start with the management company, the trip was good. We were locked out of the room most of the first day of our vacation. This room is not managed by the Breakers Hotel so you don't get a key from the front desk. An offsite management company emails you a code you enter into the digital door lock which is good starting at 4 pm. I was told if the room was ready I would be given a code to let me in sooner than 4. At about noon I called the management company but got voice mail. I said I would be in around 2 pm and would like to get in the room. At 2, I was at the room, never heard from the management company and couldn’t get into the room so waited outside the room until 4. At 4, the code worked but the deadbolt on the door was locked so we were still locked out. When I called the company, I was told there was no deadbolt on the door and I would be given a new code. When this code worked the same as the first code, I was told maintenance from Breaks would come and look at it. After a half hour waiting, I talked to the Hotel manager. He said they were never called and no one from the hotel could help because it was not managed by them but to make me happy he looked at the door with a security guard and a maintenance person. With the Hotel manager still with me I call the company to confirm what I told them for hours, the deadbolt is locked. Finally they agreed to send out a locksmith. Twenty minutes after they called the locksmith he was at the door. He unlocked the deadbolt (that I was told didn’t exist) I entered the door code and at 7:50 pm we got into the room for the first time, almost 6 hours outside the door.
After the issue getting in, the room was good. It was clean, maybe a little dated but looked like the pictures. Nice view of the ocean.
The condo was great! Clean! Beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Free Trolley to Broadway on the beach right outside hotel. Starbucks across the street. would stay here again
I only have AWESOME things to say about this rental and the agents that handled the rental. It was fast and easy to set up, they worked with me on short notice. Once we reached the location it was nothing but wonderful. The condo was nice and neat and very spacious. It accommodated all of us very nicely. The people at the front desk of the Breakers were very pleasant and always helpful. Everything was in walking distance. I recommend this place to everyone! I will be back for sure!
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Myrtle Beach and staying at The Breakers. At first it seemed huge, overwhelming, and busy busy busy. But after a couple days of getting used to it, we found there was something for everyone. The lazy river was a hit with all of us. We felt the condo was 'condensed' and a lot squeezed into the space. The fouton/couch was hard to sit on. One of the bedrooms could have had a king sized bed instead of the two queens found in all bedrooms. Also, the master bedroom's bath needed some grab bars to ease getting in and out of the tub. A great time was had by all - little kids, young adults and grandparents.
Myrtle Beach is a unique vacation destination that has a little bit of everything, and no matter which one of our Myrtle Beach home rentals you choose, you’ll be nearby beautiful beaches, shopping centers, golf courses, fishing, restaurants, theaters and nightlife. Perfect for either families or couples, our Myrtle Beach home rentals offer luxurious and convenient amenities; beautiful décor; access to pristine beaches; and magical views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean!
The Grand Strand is a large stretch of beautiful beaches where many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals are located. Once a hiding place popular among notorious pirates, today among America’s most popular vacation destinations, Myrtle Beach’s Grand Strand offers a wide variety of recreation and entertainment activities. Start with miles and miles of golden soft sand on a shore that slopes gently into the Atlantic. The Grand Strand was voted #1 in the USA (#6 in the world) in a recent poll of frequent travelers.
The communities just south of our Grand Strand Myrtle Beach home rentals, Surfside Beach and Garden City, are our most “family friendly” areas and offer scores of reasonably priced ocean front Myrtle Beach condo rentals for family enjoyment of the warm sunshine, sand, and the vast Atlantic. Many of these condos are large enough to accommodate several families, a perfect reunion setting.
Golf is the “national” pastime of The Grand Strand. Some say you can play a different course every day of the year. That’s probably an exaggeration, but certainly you can play 36 holes a day for a week, (or a month) without seeing the same course twice. There are well over 100 golf courses to choose from near many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals. Fishing is the lesser-known area sport. Inland waterways and shallow coastline areas offer anglers lots of action, with guides available to show the way.
A perfect family vacation area, there are dozens of attractions and amusement parks close to many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals for kids of all ages. The new SkyWheel, a 200 foot high Ferris wheel, is an amazing attraction and is said to be among the largest in the world. Also not far from many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals are zoos, an aquarium (with a dozen species of sharks!), science and curiosity exhibits and museums for family entertainment. Surfside Beach and Garden City both offer amusement parks the kids and parents alike will love.
For a combination of art, culture and nature many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals are right near Brookgreen Gardens. This 9,000 acre park exhibits one of the largest collections of sculpture by American artists in the world. The manicured lawns with walkways and pools beautifully enhance these spectacular works of art.
Restaurants are everywhere, with options for every taste and budget. Just about every cuisine in the world seems to be represented all only a short ways from many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals. Seafood is, of course, the staple, there are a large selection of places to get all you want. Murrell’s Inlet says it’s the Seafood Capital of South Carolina, and boasts a long row of highly regarded seafood restaurants to prove it.
Nightlife? If you’re not worn out yet, choose from live popular music, professionally produced stage shows, and “tribute” acts that pay homage to the legends of popular music, playing “oldies” that are sure to bring back memories.
