Excellent accommodation & Location
3 couples stayed in this lovely apartment it was a great Location for Temple Bar and all the other tourist places also set in a lovely Harbour area with good bars/restaurants and a lovely Deli/shop would definitely come back!

All round great spacious apartment close to city
Stayed in Grand Canal apartment with my family for week. Really enjoyed our time in Dublin and apartment was perfect base to start from.Plenty of restaurants & cafes on your door step and excellent supermarket called Fresh.
Takes about 15 minutes to walk into Trinity college or theres bus which takes 5 mins.Loved sitting-room which was roomy and nice flatscreen TV.
Internet was fast and throughout apartment.
Well stocked kitchen but wasn't used that much.
Overall great place and would use again.

This was my second stay in Dublin and I decided to book this apartment as I wanted to stay in a place where I could spent some nice time with my family!
It was a perfect choice as with 3 separate bedrooms the privacy is guaranteed and you can still share the living room and enjoy cooking with your family!
The apartments looks exactly as in the pictures with a cozy sofa in a big living room! The Grand Canal area is very trendy and modern with few good Cafes and The Board Gais theater, an architectural gem! The city centre is not too far but few times we used the bus service to go back home!
I would definitely recommend this place for families or a group of friends, better value than a hotel and the convenience of having a kitchen!
Loved it, hated to leave
First thanks to the staff that made this available for us.We had a wonderful time in Dublin. What a interesting, historic and vibrant city.
The apartment situated in the docklands was the perfect spot for us. It was a very quite neighborhood and 20 min walk will take just about anywhere you would want to go in the city. The city bus also had a stop within 5 min of the building. My wife loved the theater next door and we were able to take in a musical one evening.
The accommodations were very good , beds were comfy and loads of hotwater. The wifi worked excellent and enabled those that wished to catch up on the emails and facebook. As mentioned in some of the other reviews the appliances are a little outdated but hey, we usually only ate breakfast and was gone the rest of the day. With 900 plus pubs and countless eating establishments, who wants to cook anyway.There is a spar convenience store 2 min away and a fresh food store 3 min away that has everything you would ever need to cook. Absolutely loved it and if we are ever lucky enough to go back i will definitely try to stay there again

Stay in here when in Dublin,perfect location.
It was ideally located for our family,there was local Fresh supermarket less than 2 minutes walk & plenty of cafe/restaurants on our doorstep to choose from overlooking the harbor.We liked the Ivy bar especially.
Our apartment was very spacious - really quiet.I liked the duplex layout,the bedrooms on the 1st level and the separate sitting-room & kitchen on the higher level.
Really helpful as children can be put to bed without any noise from upstairs as apartment is very well insulated.
The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of appliances.We loved the large dinning table,very warm and created great area for debates!
Sitting room is very cosy,large flat screen TV with good selection of DVD's.
Transport was easy,walking distance to Trinity college is about 10/15 minutes or bus from Pearse street takes 3/5 minutes..
We used underground car space for 2 nights which was very handy.€10 per night.
We found the apartment ticked all our boxes,very clean and would recommend and use again.
