* 13% Taxes on top to the rental.

Minimum Check-In Age: 18 with Government Photo ID for verification.

Parking Policy: Underground assigned parking spot is available for an additional $29 per day with unlimited in and out and accessible from elevators.

Internet Access: Complimentary High Speed Broadband Wi-Fi, fair usage policy applies, bandwidth limit 1GB and $9/GB for overage.

FOB/KEYS

You will be given ONE (1) set of FOB and Suite Key on arrival.

Please leave set on Dining Table when departing.

Non-returned keys will incur a $175.00 fee per set.

SMOKING

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the suite. Additional charges will apply to those tenants caught smoking inside the suite.

You may smoke downstairs outside of building.

PETS

NO PETS allowed whatsoever per condominium bylaws.

USE OF PROPERTY

Unit may NOT be used for any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws, Ontario insurance rules and regulations, or subdivision restrictions.

NO loud music to be played past 9.00 pm per Ontario Condo law & Management rules to respect other residents comfort.

No resident shall create or permit the creation or continuance of any noise or nuisance (either within a unit or on the common elements) which, in the opinion of the board or property manager, may or does disturb the comfort or quiet enjoyment of the units or common elements by other owners or their family members, tenants, guests, licensees and invitees.

According to the Corporation's Declaration and Corporation's Rules, as an owner you are responsible for the actions of your family members, guests, tenants and their visitors and you are in violation of the Quiet Enjoyment Rule.

NO Parties Or Unauthorized Guests allowed at the condo.

General

(a) Each resident of the Condominium shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of their family members, tenants, guests, licensees and invitees.

(b) Any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Condominium by reason of a breach of any rule by any resident (or their family members, tenants, guests, licensees and/or invitees) shall be the responsibility of and shall be paid for by such resident and may be recovered by the Condominium against such resident in the same manner as common expenses."

Wow! My husband and I came up for a Blue Jays/Red Sox weekend. We stayed four nights and our son and friend joined us for 2. The condo was wonderful and the location was spectacular. You could see both the lake and the stadium from the condo. We parked the car and never used it for the 4 days. Walked to restaurants and the game. Friends had rented a block away and they joined us for cocktails and for cards one night - very spacious. Ankkit was very responsive and easy to reach. Texted back within minutes.

Overall we had a very good experience with a couple of caveats:

Pros: Great location, near the CN Tower and Blue Jays ballpark. Walking distance to many things like restaurants, tourist attractions, lake front, etc. Grocery store a block away so easy to stock up on food for the place. Ankkit was a great host. He went through all of the details including parking, city transportation and accommodations. Made sure all of our questions were answered. Was available by text for questions later. Easy check-in and check-out, comfortable furniture, secured building all made the stay very nice.

Cons: More personal preference than anything else. Our unit was on the 3rd floor so we were just above the highway. Was a bit noisy if you are not used to the noise. I was so no issues with me but my wife was not so she woke up a few times when a loud motorcycle or car went by. If you are a sound sleeper then no issues. Also could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat so it was either on or off and we found it was hard to get right. We might not have done it right so can't say for sure. Only other con would be the lack of TV stations available. We thought that there would be a decent selection of channels and some in HD. However we found out that they were all in low def and there were only about 20 channels with almost none that you would want to watch (seemed like many were public access). Our family is a crash at the end of the day and unwind with an hour or two of TV kind of family but we could not do it with the selection we had. If you don't care about TV then you would not care.

Overall a very good experience, great host and very few issues.
