This is a large size (by Tokyo standards) apartment, only a 10 minute walk from the airport bus and 12 minutes to Shibuya Station right down the street. The famous 109 shopping center is right down the street, along with all the other establishments that make the area distinctly Shibuya.
-A comprehensive travel-info-package will be made upon booking.
-Including a cheap private airport taxi option--My guy will pick you up at the airport and take you directly to the space from Narita--14000 yen or Haneda--10000
-a series of videos both of the space itself and the walk from the station.
The apartment is in business/residential building with reinforced concrete and is safe from earthquakes and other disasters. Japan is extremely safe, so I can nearly guarantee you will experience no problems with safety.
-Shibuya 12 min walk to the station for trains or buses. Taxis on every corner near the apartment. (Best shopping, restaurants, clubs, etc.)
-Harajuku 2 min train or 15min walk (A must see for Japanese culture, alternative shopping and people. Next to Yoyogi Park)
-Shinjuku 6 min train (Busiest station in the world)
-Roppongi 10 min train (Night life near Tokyo Tower)
-Ikebukuro 25 min train (Shopping)
-Akihabara 27 min train (Electronic and Anime Central)
Many banks do not accept international credit cards in Japan. You will either need to use Citibank, a 711 or the Japan Postal Service ATM s. These are all located near the space.

The home that 5 of us stayed in was very comfortable. However, it is a little far from Shibuya station, and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Other than that, the host was very friendly and I definitely recommend anyone who wishes to stay in Shibuya to stay here.
This apartment is huge by Tokyo standards! There are three comfy beds, great kitchen, and great bathroom with unlimited hot water! Bruce is the most detailed host I have ever stayed with! His videos are especially helpful for how to get to the apartment. I would highly recommend this place for groups and for those that want to be a short walk away from Shibuya. The portable hotspot was also a lifesaver. Thanks for everything Bruce!
This two bedroom apartment worked out great for our one week stay in Tokyo. The preparation done by Bruce to send videos of how to get to the place were super helpful as, like many places in Tokyo, it is not easy to find just by the address. The place is a great value - good size by Tokyo standards, although Western guests, especially Americans, should understand everything is much smaller in Japan. Everything was as advertised so you can trust the description presented by the owner. I can't imagine you can find a better value than this in Tokyo.
The apartment was as advertised. We were a group of 5 adults and we had enough space(could have had one more person with us). The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well. The bathroom may be a little small but did not present any difficulties for us. The neighbors were quiet.
The host communicated with us clearly, quickly and helpfully. The folder he assembled with maps and info and the portable wifi included in the apartment is a big plus.
The apartment was a 15 to 20 min walk from Shibuya station, 5 min walk to bus stop and 7 min walk to nearest subway. Once in Shibuya station, it is easy to get around Tokyo using the JR Yamanote line. Taxi drivers had difficulty finding the apartment even though the address we gave them was in Japanese and they had GPS in their car. Who knows, maybe they wanted to take their time to find it.
The host has someone he can recommend for pickup and dropoff to the airport at a very reasonable price. Worked very well for our group. Hard to lug suitcases up and down subway/train stations stairs(there's a lot of those).
This apartment was definitely worth its price. Great to be able to cook some meals and do laundry(wash only/air dry).
A+ experience! Vrbo exactly as described and actually a little bigger than expected. Good location (one stop away from shibuya station on DT line, but out of the craziness of crossing area). Will be sure to check out owners other rentals when back in Japan. Domo arigato gosaimas!
We stayed in this space from June 6-10, 2016 for 5 days and had a really great time. Our host Bruce was very accommodating and helped us with any concerns we had. He has a quick turnaround when answering questions. I requested for an early check-in and late check-out before I booked the space and was allowed to do so at no charge while other places will charge you an extra fee. The space is also walking distance to a supermarket (Life Supermarket) about a 5 minute walk and Bruce had provided a map. He also has a map for the closest subway/bus station which is a 6 minute walk. The Shibuya crossing/scramble is a 10-15 minute walk and along the way you’ll find restaurants. The space was also clean, spacious and beds are very comfortable. They’re real beds and not just futons which are very common in Japan. The kitchen had all the utensils and small kitchen appliances that we needed. It was also relatively quiet at night even if you’re close to the subway. The space is next to a small Shinto shrine which is a good sight to see. There’s also a 7-11 in the area about a 3 minute walk if you needed to use an ATM. There’s a hotel next to the subway station where we had gone to ask for directions. Bruce, despite his busy working schedule managed to answer inquiries right away when I had texted him. The price we paid for our stay was reasonable and much less expensive had we stayed at a hotel. Overall, I will for sure recommend this place!
