Both the master bedroom and the living area have sliding glass doors that open to the 300 square-foot balcony. Each bedroom has a plushtop queen bed along with a flat screen TV. The living /dining area is roomy with plenty of space for the kids to play. Enjoy the sunsets from the comfort of your living room while you watch your large flat screen TV. And, if you need additional bedding, , there is a sleeper sofa as well as an elevated queen airbed.
The kitchen is fully-equipped, with everything you need to whip-up a gourmet meal. Granite countertops and custom cabinets give you the luxuries of home. A large stackable washer/dryer is a must after the family's active day fishing or hiking the beach.

From the moment we opened the door and saw the view through the condo and out to the gulf, we have loved it. Your condo is bright and cheery, well appointed and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the 2 full baths are great. The balcony and view are amazing and each sunset more beautiful than the last. All the staff here have been very friendly and helpful. The gulf entertains us every day with everthing from skittering little shore birds to an entire pod of dolphins feeding offshore
We had an amazing stay in condo 909! The condo is even prettier than the pictures and was very clean. The huge balcony with beautiful ocean views was one of our favorite things. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. We loved the 2 pools and hot tub as well as the 2 chairs and umbrella that came with the rental. Everyday we were able to get a front row view of the beach! My family also liked that it was on the quieter side of PCB. I would highly recommend this condo. Loved Mikes Oyster Bar across the street!
The site was just as described, unexpected perks were everywhere. The chairs on the beach were a big plus. Check in was a little difficult, the man at reception didn't seem to know what was going on, but did finally decide that I did have a reservation...smooth sailing from there on.
The condo could've been a little cleaner. The pillows smelled so we had to wash them before we could use them. Overall the complex is very well taken care of and the beach service was exceptional. We would stay again..but bring our own pillows. :)

My co-worker and I arrived on Saturday afternoon to enjoy a week away from the job. The condo was in excellent condition and just waiting for us to arrive! The balcony was awesome and we loved sitting out there every morning. After a quick trip to the grocery store on our first night, we saw no reason to go anywhere else. Having Mike's Oyster Bar across the street was very convenient and we chose to eat there nearly every night so we could have as much time on the beach as possible. They had plenty of choices and we wanted another week so that we could try everything on the menu! Having the beach chairs available to us was an added perk and we used them every day. The location of the condo was wonderful in the fact that it was easy to get to and there was no rowdy crowd to deal with. We had everything we needed in the condo including books to read while we relaxed. We even used a couple of the floats from the closet when we went to the pool. It seems the owner has tried to provide everything you need for your vacation without you having to bring it all yourself! Can't wait to go back at a later time and will definitely recommend to friends and family who plan to visit the area. Thanks so much for letting us use your property!!
You could not be located more conveniently to the new airport as well as Pier Park with shopping, restaurants, and the renewed Miracle Strip. Frank Brown Park with all of its athletic fields and pools and Gayle's Trails are also easily accesible.
