THIS IS NO MORE THAN 2 PERSON RENTAL, ITS NOT LARGE AND WE JUST REMODLED THE UNIT, I JUST DONT WANT DAMAGE FROM TO MANY PERSONS IN THE UNIT, AND NO PETS ALLOWED, NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT, PLEASE
WILL WORK WITH YOU LONGER STAYS AS WELL. I AM SURE I HAVE THE BEST PRICE PER WEEK OR LONGER ON SITE, JUST ASK.
WE ONLY DUE ONE MONTH RENTALS FROM JAN- APRIL DUE TO DEMAND.

I called Rob with a two weeks notice and he was great to help us out. We had a great time using the facilities (pool, grill, patio). This condo is in a good location and beach access is across the street, they even have yellow flags for pedestrians walking across to the beach. The trolley service that takes you up and down the strip (Gulf Blvd.) picks up/drops off right in front of the building. I would recommend this for a great get away! Kid Friendly..
The unit is newly updated and very clean, with a comfortable bed and basic equipment for a beach vacation. Excellent location, beach access is about 1 block south at a flashing-light crosswalk and north/south trolley stops. There is a lovely sea view from the balcony. The trolley is so easy to use, at each stop you can text to find out when the next one is coming. Rob is a great host and resource of local information. I never used the pool area but it looks well-maintained with several seating areas. The daytime traffic noise can be loud but nighttime is peaceful. If you look at the town websites for Redington Beach (Town Facilities) and North Redington Beach (comprehensive plan page 161), you can locate the beach access points and the designated crosswalks. By zooming in on google Maps, you can locate the trolley stops.
I agreed to rent the advertized unit for 2 months but when I arrived at the one I was told, it turned out to be under 250 sg. ft. with a queen murphy bed, no pull out couch, or even room for a couch. The stove and oven was a 2 burner range top with no oven, no coffee pot or tea kettle, one set of towels. The court yard view of the pool, was in fact an empty lot beside a busy and very noisy road. The landlord was less than cooperative and it took me a month before I got any satisfaction. To say this was the worst place I have ever rented doesn't do it justice, and for that I was still charged the full price as stated for the depicted unit. In future I would have this landlord put on my contract that this was indeed the depicted unit, to cover just such an occurrence. I am very unsatisfied with the place I rented and the price charged for what I received.

My wife and I called to speak to the owner on short notice. I had priced out several condo's in the area and this was the closest to the beach with the best price. He still gave me a discount and since I am in the military he dropped it even more.
The condo sits just across the street from some of the worlds greatest beaches. It is miles of powder white sand. We found some really great hole in the wall dining and nightlife. The place to eat breakfast is the Frog Pond, we had the largest amount of home cooked food I have ever seen.
The condo is clean, looks like it was just remodeled with black granite, large stainless steel sink, dishwaser (wife loved this) and a large flat screen tv ( for me :)
We just have had a great time and will be back every year and might have the whole familiy down next time.

I found the white powder sand to be so wonderful, the owner is very easy to work with and will drop the price on short notice. I did the jet ski, fishing, and all kinds of water sports. We have had some of the best seafood ever and will make this our annual vacation. So much to do or not do depending on what you want. Note: the laundry room is on the backside of the building and not in the room its self but that was okay since we at least had the use of it.
Some of the nicest people I have ever meet in the city. We just love it here.
