About Two Casitas, Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, Wendy Kapp

Having been raised in Chicago, My soul longed for the massive blue skies and mountains that I first saw when my Mother famous water color artist of Waxlander Gallery first introduced me to the magnificent area when I was only 6 years old. When traveling out west again back in 1975 I came through Santa Fe and fell in love with Northern New Mexico incredible sky's and landscape. I found the people here especially back in '75 to be the most authentic people I had ever met and I decided to make Santa Fe my home. My extensive knowledge from living here for 34 years makes me the perfect local hostess to give you tips on making your stay most memorable.

Perfect, Clean, Live-Able!

  • 5 of 5

This house was FANTASTIC! The air conditioning worked perfectly, the backyard is adorable! The beds and bedding are so comfortable! The house has everything you need, but it is not cluttered, and there is lots of room for your own stuff! The walk to the Plaza/downtown area is super-easy, and there are other restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. The house is so clean, and everything works perfectly. Management is very responsive to any issues you may have as well.

Kiva Casita is outstanding

  • 5 of 5

Five star with plenty of room. Nice amenities. Clean, quiet, very comfortable, and a very safe feeling. Close enough to the square but far enough from the traffic. We highly recommend the Kiva.

Wonderful property, perfect for 2 couples

  • 5 of 5

The property was wonderful and just as advertised! It was comfortable, clean and very convenient to all that Santa Fe offers. We were two couples and the 2BR/2BA configuration was perfect. The living room was plenty roomy enough for us all to gather. We didn't cook, as we visited Santa Fe in part for all the delicious restaurants, but it was also spacious and well appointed. Wendy's attentiveness to providing driving directions and other instructions was very helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect cozy casita

  • 5 of 5

The house was a perfect size for 2-4 people, and it was tastefully decorated in a southwestern style. The location was very convenient with only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the plaza and a 2 minute drive to a shopping mall and grocery store. We would definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend it to our friends. The only regret was that the gas fireplace was not working. It would have been nice to sit in front of a fire on the cold winter days
