About Wendy Kapp

A note from Wendy Kapp- Owner of Two Casitas Santa Fe Vacation Rentals

Having been raised in Chicago, my soul longed for the massive blue skies and mountains I first saw when my mother, well-known watercolor artist Phyllis Kapp of Waxlander Gallery, introduced me to this magnificent area when I was 6 years old.

While returning west in 1975, I came through Santa Fe and fell in love with Northern New Mexico once again. I found the people here, especially back in '75, to be the most authentic people I had ever met and I decided to make Santa Fe my home. My extensive knowledge from living here for since 1975 makes me the perfect, local hostess to give you tips on making your stay memorable. I hope you come to love Santa Fe and, in-turn Two Casitas, as much as I do.

Why Wendy Kapp chose South Capitol

Location, location, location is why I chose these homes; walk everywhere.

What makes this house unique

When you stay with Two Casitas you stay like a local, not like a tourist, and experience Santa Fe like you live here. Who knows, maybe you will someday!

Great Place to Stay - Can't Wait to Return!

  • 5 of 5

Loved the location and amenities offered. Everything was fresh and clean - linens, towels, kitchens and baths. Ample space for me and my guests and the outdoor living was equally restful and so Santa Fe feeling! Easy parking, internet, TV and so local to everything we wanted to be near - mostly the Railyard and Plaza. The A/C was great as well. Cant wait to go back in cooler weather to try the Kiva fireplace. Thanks so much for a memorable stay!

Perfect Home Away

  • 5 of 5

Bright, super clean and comfortable! Beautiful southwest furniture gives the house a rustic elegance. We had everything we could have asked for at our fingertips. With dogs, the fully enclosed backyard is a blessing. No getting dressed in the middle of the night to let them out as we have had to do in hotels/motels. We will recommend this facility to our friends and will stay there again in the future. Thanks a million!!

Clean, comfortable, a beautiful way to vacation.

  • 5 of 5

Not one complaint! This home was well appointed and so, so comfortable. Every convenience ... from plush towels to individual climate control in every room. Trader Joe's close proximity provided us with reasonably priced goodies. Meals were easily prepared in the kitchen and on the outdoor grill. Quiet neighborhood provided many hours of relaxation. Great location. Pet friendly. Parking either in front (for our Silverado pickup) or in back (for smaller vehicles). The Two Casitas team ... awesome! A beautiful home which made for a most pleasurable vacation. Thank you!
