A note from Wendy Kapp- Owner of Two Casitas Santa Fe Vacation Rentals
Having been raised in Chicago, my soul longed for the massive blue skies and mountains I first saw when my mother, well-known watercolor artist Phyllis Kapp of Waxlander Gallery, introduced me to this magnificent area when I was 6 years old.
While returning west in 1975, I came through Santa Fe and fell in love with Northern New Mexico once again. I found the people here, especially back in '75, to be the most authentic people I had ever met and I decided to make Santa Fe my home. My extensive knowledge from living here for since 1975 makes me the perfect, local hostess to give you tips on making your stay memorable. I hope you come to love Santa Fe and, in-turn Two Casitas, as much as I do.
Location, location, location is why I chose these homes; walk everywhere.
When you stay with Two Casitas you stay like a local, not like a tourist, and experience Santa Fe like you live here. Who knows, maybe you will someday!
I would definitely stay here again, east walk to farmers market, restaurants, movie theater and shops. Enjoyed the kiva fireplace, fluffy big towels, and comfortable beds
We had a fantastic stay at this home near the plaza (15 minute walk) and the railyard (5 minute walk). Our two children enjoyed playing on the back porch and we all loved eating meals in the courtyard. Our only complaint is that the home smelled of cigarette smoke the first couple days we were there- as though the previous visitors were heavy smokers. The smell was not pleasant, but we would still recommend this home to other families and we plan on returning for future vacations.
This home is immaculate . Well stocked with everything . Great location , close to the Rail yard, Whole foods and Trader Joes. We had a wonderful time at the farmers market and the artisan market which were both walking distance from the house . We were able to enjoy dining at the house as well as the great restaurants which were all very close by . Very quiet neighborhood , There is a park very close by where we took our dog to play . The plaza was also close by . Was wonderful to stay in such a nice home .The property management services were also superb
We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Santa Fe .
We were very happy with this casita. Everything was very clean, and well laid out. We especially liked having the completely fenced in yard for our 2 collies to enjoy! We were all very comfortable in this home.
This casita was perfect for us to visit family and friends. The location was 5 minutes from The Plaza, it was well appointed and very clean. We loved the fenced yard for our puppies. I would defintely make a return visit to this property.
Super place to stay , walking distance to the railyard and farmers market . Private quiet neighborhood . loved sitting out having coffee on the patio .
Definitely would recommend this home.
The management keeps this place stocked with all of the comforts of home .
