About Wendy Kapp

A note from Wendy Kapp- Owner of Two Casitas Santa Fe Vacation Rentals

Having been raised in Chicago, my soul longed for the massive blue skies and mountains I first saw when my mother, well-known watercolor artist Phyllis Kapp of Waxlander Gallery, introduced me to this magnificent area when I was 6 years old.

While returning west in 1975, I came through Santa Fe and fell in love with Northern New Mexico once again. I found the people here, especially back in '75, to be the most authentic people I had ever met and I decided to make Santa Fe my home. My extensive knowledge from living here for since 1975 makes me the perfect, local hostess to give you tips on making your stay memorable. I hope you come to love Santa Fe and, in-turn Two Casitas, as much as I do.

Wendy Kapp purchased this house in 1999

What makes this house unique

We LOVED this property! It is truly authentic.

  • 5 of 5

We loved everything about this place! The location is great. The owner must like to cook because the kitchen is well stocked and they thought of everything. The decorations are true to the area and so adorable. The bedding was soft and luxurious and the mattress was so comfy. My mother-in-law had a fabulous 70th birthday. Thank you!

Great art in an amazing house

  • 5 of 5

This house is perfect. We three sisters celebrated our annual sisters trip in the lovely house. It is located within walking distance of the Plaza and all the fun shops and restaurants located there. The house is appointed very well, including fantastic photo and southwest art. The yard is welcoming and great for visiting as the night cools. A great stay!
